Re: XBox One - Unable to Login

I'm in exactly the same boat as you. My son has a child account under mine for Xbox Live (without Gold). I attempted to log into my EA account as him with no luck. If I switch over to my account on his Xbox, I'm able to log in and bypass everything without issue.

I've even gone as far to create an EA account for him and have attempted to log in using his EA credentials without any success.

Does your child have Gold access? Maybe it's tied to that even though they say the game doesn't require Gold?

All in all, this is super frustrating as his sister bought him this as a Christmas gift and now he/they can't even play it. There's nothing anywhere in these support forums that I've been able to find as an answer and I'd really not rather have to put Gold on his account yet...

@td0t It sounds like an account-based issue, rather than being related to Gold. Is the Child account restricted in any way? If you create another child account as a test with the age shown as over 13 does that work?

@EA_David - I've completely taken all restrictions off of the account and still have been unable to make it work with his Gamertag.

The only way I've been able to get beyond the EA Access terms screen is to log into my own Gamertag on the child console.
