I don't know about anyone else but... My friends list seems to be capped at 155 slots ( including Daniel's City and the google connect button) and I have added them all from FB.
I know that I have many, many more Simcity 'friends' who have been added to my fb gaming profile but only the first 153 show up in my game list (note: the first 153 players that were added to the account, not the first 153 with the highest pop).
