Suggestion: Sandbox Mode

A mode in settings where you can make a new game, but with infinite money, resources and everything. Of course this wouldn't give you achievments, levels, rewards or multiplayer things (like wars, mayor fights and stuff like that) , but it would be nice to just have a sandbox mode where you can build your dream city with no restirctions or limited resoures. Or, it could always be a different app.
