Maxis manor

Are we able to move the maxis manor from one city to another?! 

I've got 4 cities running but I want to downsize! I assumed I would be able to store it like with other buildings.. seems wrong we can't seeing as we pay for it! 

Any advice would be appreciated, thank you :-)
