@PlasmaPea33 @EA_David I mentioned in my first comment that I use the EA Beta App instead of Origin itself. [So as far as being able to "repair the game", I'm not yet able to do so.] ☹️ Also, the region is for the USA & I don't have the language set to anything out of the ordinary, just english of course.
But here's what I'm wondering- since I DON'T have the option to repair the game within the EA Beta App, --yet-- should I try re-installing the game 1 more time anyway?🤔 [I think I said in 1 of the comments that I had tried that, but doing so didn't fix the problem.
I think that it may be worth a go, since you when you reinstalled the first time it wasn't working for anyone and now it works for most. Honestly I'm kind of out of ideas at this point. @EA_David may have some other ideas though.
Why cant you bring back boss hunt, even though you decided to come back and fix Rux. I mean, you could remove Unpopular game modes such as "Get off my lawn A thon" and replace them with Boss Hunts.
It would be interesting if they would add back modes like Boss Hunts and Cats VS Dinos back into the game, perhaps even community challenges. The issue is that although this game still has a descent amount of players and a loyal fanbase, it is no where near the amount that it used to have. So townhall modes like this which require a certain amount of players to start wouldn't be the best, because often times players would not get a lobby, or get a mostly empty lobby and have to wait for a long time to play. Same with community challenges, there aren't really enough players to complete one of these, so it would have to be drastically adjusted. And unfortunately, Battle for Neighborville, which is probably why many players stopped playing the garden warfare games, is the latest release of the game. This means that any updates to the franchise would be for BFN. Sadly the only reason that Rux was repaired is that he was a source of profit for EA. Adding back modes like boss hunts for townhall would require that EA bring people from other projects back to work on it, and seeing as how GW2 is no longer the latest release in the franchise and how there are much less players than there used too, there is almost no chance of the modes ever being re-added. Hopefully with the PVZ3 beta being released, people will fight against its full release and prevent the PVZ franchise from being ruined the same way Garden Warfare was by BFN.
