If you have the original product code you should contact an EA advisor and try getting the games added on Origin. If you are able to prove the games were purchased and used by you, you should not have any problems getting the games on Origin.

I've tried EA support and provided them with all of the original Popcap order emails (with order ID's on them). and their response it to say "they've all been sunset and we can't help". If you buy out a company you take over responsibilty for the contracts that company had (ie to provide me with a working copy of the games that I purchased). I've asked for a refund for all of but their response is that I didn't buy from them (again they bought out Popcap so in essence I did buy from them)
They are not wrong, if the game was not purchased on Origin they can't help you with a refund, the only way you could receive a refund is by contacting the people you bought the game at, as you said this is not possible anymore. In my opinion, nothing can be done here on behalf of EA.

But EA bought Popcap and in doing so also bought all of Popcap's contracts/responsibilities one of which was to supply me with what I purchased.
