@Agar_Beep11 Sounds like some mismatched data going on with the account.

How did you install the game?

Which app is it installed through?

Do you have more than one drive in your PC and if so are the app and game both installed on the same drive?

  • I installed the game through steam, and I do have more than one drive, but they're both installed on the same one

    @Agar_Beep11 When you try to go online what specifically is happening? What kind of error(s) are you getting?

  • it says "you have lost your connection to the game session" (see attached)

    i get the same issue, i believe we have been banned by hackers, (although my character levels arent bugged i just cant get into a multiplayer lobby) sometimes when i get kicked back to the backyard i  hear people talking so i know its not a connection issue

    @PhoenixSDG The only way to get banned like this is if your account was compromised and the Terms of Service banned the account so that the owner of the account can contact into support and secure the account first. You would have also received an email stating your account was sanctioned for violating terms of service.

    Community Managers do not handle compromises or bans on the forums. If you believe your account was compromised, you will need to contact support so that they can secure the account and look to see if it is indeed banned.

    @Agar_Beep11 Your account is not banned. For your game specifically, this would indeed be a connection issue with the game. Have you gone through any troubleshooting steps on your own, or when you contacted support?

  • yes, I talked to an EA rep where they also took me through troubleshooting steps, and they told me their team would work on it, and to make a post here as well. I have the same issue as @PhoenixSDG where I can hear other players when i get kicked into my backyard. Ive changed nothing about any of my settings (pc, ea, steam, gw2, etc) since I was able to play last, so im not sure how it could be  a connection issue.

    my account wasnt compromised, and i didnt recieve any sort of notice on my email that my account is compromised or anything, also is this reply auto generated? i didnt say i was HACKED just that someone has abused what i can only guess is dev tools to ban me, hacker is a common term for people who exploit external/backend stuff to gain an advantage or in this case ban people for no reason

    i think my problem is different because i didnt have bugged levels, also if it wasnt a player then the guy in my chat would be such a big coincidence, im almost certain its a ban for me at least despite what support say

    got my characters maxxed now and have the same issue as the other guy where i have 0 upgrades

    i just unlocked an upgrade on characters, i seem to level up but the pop up says im in the minus levels

    @PhoenixSDG Your issue is due to another player from what you described. With yours though, the stem refreshes this every day or two. Honestly can't remember but it isn't long.

    Waiting isn't fun no, but it is similar to how FIFA would refresh every week to fix a lot of issues. This one does the same thing.
