Unable to play Spore online

I hate spore it wont even let me play online and i tried fixing the problem with EA but i give them the proof and then they still ask me for proof and i cant even contact cuz before i chatted with them but the chat button dissapeared and i cant call them cuz im romanian and their only numbers are usa and canada! EA Fix your brain. Cuz i aint wasting money to play singleplayer
