Hey @Adya_chan, have you had a look on Playstation article regarding that Error? https://www.playstation.com/en-ie/get-help/help-library/error-codes/ce-34878-0/

I have the same problem....
nothing works....
have reinstalled the game but still the same error code
Same problem. Spent hours to fix it but nothing helps.
Main menu, loading screen or while playing the game. I wasn't able to play at least 5 minutes.

Deleted the game and reinstalled it -> same behaviour
Initialized the PS4 and reinstalled the game -> same behaviour
Decreased the PS4 video and audio settings -> it runs!
Right now it runs with 1080p, HDR and audio settings Linear PCM. Played 1 hour without a crash.
As soon as I activate 4k and/or audio setting Bitstream (DTS) it crashes with the error sooner or later. As well in the intro or menu as in the game itself.
Other games work pretty fine with these options.
Edit: after the reset of the PS4 I also tried to contact the Playstation support as mentioned in the article. One point of the answer was to ask the publisher...
Same problem. Running a 1215A PS4 with SSD. Reinstalled the game 3 times. Initialized the entire hard drive. Nothing works. The game doesn't work. It will launch and freeze on the loading screen with the Jedi Order symbol. Never goes past that, and half of the time, doesn't even get that far. CE-34878-0 errors constantly. I've tried to launch the game probably 50 times.
The game simply doesn't work. I'll be getting a refund. Never had to return a game because it didn't work before, but there's a first for everything. My PS4 has also had CE-34878 issues with Uncharted 4 and Battlefront 2--both games that are notorious for causing this problem. Other games run flawlessly for me.
The issue is with the game, not the PS4. Respawn has produced a dud.
These steps worked for me:
- Press the PS button on your controller to bring up the XMB screen.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Application Saved Data management.
- Select Saved Data in System Storage.
- Choose Delete.
- Select the game you can't load, i.e. Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order.
- Delete all game data and all files listed.
You'll lose all your saved progress, but the game should launch after doing this. I had 3 files, deleted then all, now the game works fine.
- @dantilley2000 Worked for me too. Frustrating to loose all save data. Has this glitch/bug been officially addressed @EA_Atic ?

Thanks for this information. I'm uploading all my saved game files to the cloud to see if I can save it from being erased before I try this. I'm tired of this game crashing and I'm not getting to enjoy it.
