Guys, I think it is necessary cause imagine how fun it would be for us to play with our friends, I can only imagine. The experiences... I am fully aware that there are workarounds for this to happen, but so many of my friends are either on pc or PlayStation while I'm on Xbox. It honestly is so weird that BF2 hasn't added this feature or any multiplayer modes. As for more advantages, this would also make lobbies easier to join with more people playing on a single server(some gamemodes are super empty even though may the Fourth was a few days ago)... Jedi Fallen Order LowLevelFatalError after title screens
I have spent the last 2 days talking with support and trying to troubleshoot this issue myself to no avail. I played Fallen Order for around 4 hours, and the next day, when trying to start up the game, I get the attached error after the title screen. I have done everything support has recommended and everything listed on other threads. - Complete uninstall/reinstall (with DDU) - Verifying files - Updated video drivers - Use older video drivers - Use integrated graphics - "Clean boot" - Booting in compatibility modes - Clearing Steam cache - Deleting EA folders - uninstall/reinstall EA I feel that I've tried everything. I just want to play the game I started enjoying. I want to play the game I paid for. Does anyone else miss Star Wars Commanders? I can’t find any good mobile games anymore. I am a huge Star Wars fan, but after the most recent Galaxy of Heros update the game isn’t fun anymore. We need more mobile games like Star Wars Commanders that you can build and play with friends. Let me know your thoughts.
Why does my EA game Star Wars Squadrons keep asking to verify me?
I bought SW Squadrons via Steam back in 2020 and every time I try to play it recently it always tries to ask me to verify who I am....why, my Steam account and EA accounts are linked, yet it does not recognise who I am automatically and EA doesn't seem to know I own the game via Steam? This is probably what is causing the other issue I am having with this game getting stuck at the verification screen.

hi, i recently purchased battlefront 1 2015, and every time i go to download it, when it hits 52 out of 52 gbs it just resets, i tried to clear cache , i tried to un install EA play and it didn't work, i tried running app as administrator, and it also didn't work, i tried installing it into different folders and different SSD's and still does the reset every time
Solutions for A Dying Game: A Final Update - Please Read Developers
I speak on behalf of the Battlefront (2015) community when I say, there needs to be one final update to the game. There are several problems that you must address before completely abandoning the game. The game on PC is almost dead, save for a small community that hosts events to revive some DLC game modes, but it is not enough at all. If you wanted to play DLC Game modes, earn all Origin Achievements, earn all Diorama Figures, or simply play Walker Assault late in the day casually, you cannot. It is practically impossible. Here are the problems. 1. When you decided to separate the DLC from the base game, it hurt you financially, and it hurt the player base. Making it all inclusive was a good move, but it was too late in the game's lifetime. 2. The lack of a Server Browser that shows "Current Players in the Game-mode" makes a simple action of finding a game daunting, especially if you are a new player who does not know the active modes. 3. The lack of Community Run Servers makes this game a breeding ground for Hackers. 4. The lack of a Vote-Kick System further encourages hacking 5. The Skirmish mode lacks most maps and game modes from multiplayer. 6. The Private Match feature lacks Achievement Progress, Multiplayer Progress, Challenge Progress, and Diorama Progress. 7. The Private Match feature has the same Minimum Player Limit for the 40 player game-modes. 8. The Private Match feature has no bots like in Skirmish. 9. The Private Match feature does not have many basic features in general. Here are Solutions/Suggestions to all of these Problems. 1. Add a Server Browser and a "Current Online Players" counter 2. Give the Community Dedicated servers with Multiplayer Progression (You could distribute it through the Origin Launcher or even Steam like Steam does with other games like Team Fortress 2 and Garry's Mod and hundreds of other games.) 3. Make a Dedicated Server for Each Game-mode for the Server Browser 4. If no Dedicated Servers, then give the Private Match feature AI bots, Multiplayer Progress (for Diorama, Achievements, and Hutt Contracts), Moderator Functions, and remove the Minimum Player Limit. 5. Give Skirmish Mode the same modes available in Private Matches, and give Skirmish Mode Multiplayer Progression 6. Add a vote-kicking system. 7. Add some form of Opt-In Cross-Play Support. (Fairly Drastic Solution) 8. Make the game Free-to-Play (An extreme solution) All of these issues can be said for Battlefront 2 (2017) as well, the community is already disheartened once again that developers have abandoned that game as well. Think about the community; EA and its subsidiary studios have made a ton of progress with bringing it's games back to Steam, adding cross-play to Star Wars: Squadrons, listening to feedback on Battlefront II (2017) after it's launch, so make another leap forward, as I have presented you with all of the problems and solutions that many EA games suffer from, not just Battlefront. To the developers I plead, do not abandon the community, release one more Final Farewell Update for both games, and the community will keep them alive.
Star wars Battlefront I (2015) PC, people shows online but not on game
Hello, we are having problems to join or invite players to our lobbies on Star Wars Battlefront I (2015) Pc due for some reason people who are certainly playing shows online but not on game and in fact when I'm playing the game people notice l appears not in game too, this issue started since some days ago so we can't join lobbies or invite players from friend list and is worse for private lobbies. I was thinking in the cinema, the trailer for the new Mando film came up, and I thought: “What is a new game was made about this” The character customisation could be helmet, colour and armour shape/ pattern. There could be a dlc with a mission and multiple voices to choose in the customisation. You could get different level jet packs to fly with, and could be open world multiplayer, as I always thought that Star Wars outlaws would be great multiplayer too. Hackers in Battlefront 2015/2017: what are EA responses ?
Dear EA, hi everyone, I have been playing battlefront 2015 and 2017 since release on console and later on PC. I have loved those games so much and crafted great memories playing them. Unfortunately, they have shown to be close to unplayable. (at least recently) The following applies more to BF2015 since that's the game I've played the most recently. Cheaters and hackers are all over the place: they see you everywhere, they kill you through wall, they take significantly less damage and deal absurd amount of damage. It is very important to understand, that this not just one hacker in the lobby. Those are several people in the same lobby making the game unplayable, and if you dare say something in the chat, they make the game crash and you instantly return to the main menu. My games usually last 3 minutes before I am kicked out to the main menu, and those are 3 minutes during which I was just killed through wall, at absurd ranges, with absurd amount of damage in no time. This has not always been the case. For instance, I do not remember encountering cheaters at launch. We, the players, use the report feature offered by AI to signal those hackers. However, nothing has changed in years. Cheaters come back with new accounts. Sometimes, they are still playing with the same one, despite reports. My question is, EA, what are you really doing against this ? What are the difficulties you encounter doing so ? How do you see the future of it ? Is the situation overwhelming ? If yes, how it it possible since you have expert hands on the code and can patch the game for each hack reported ? This is a real problem, because you are still selling a game that is almost exclusively an online players versus players game. It holds breaches exploited by hackers, which make the game unplayable. If you allow me the comparison, grocery stores are not selling spoiled food, so why would you ? I, as a player who bought your games, really needs to understand the situation. How did we come to this ? Why can't you get rid of cheaters ? What are doing to solve this issue, also what are you not doing ? I love BF2015. I really wish I could play it. But for now I just need explanations on the products I bought. I know this might not be read. But I am writing on the forum because I know that EA is less and less reachable; from experience, you cannot get those sorts of answer with the technical support system. Error 4270 Star Wars Squadrons
Posting this again since EA closed down the other thread regarding error 4270 in Star Wars Squadrons - claiming it was “necroposting” without offering any solutions or updates… Here is my original reply to another player - and several other players who posted within the last few weeks - regarding this multiplayer invite issue. I am able to invite at least one other XBox player to multiplayer in crossplay, but not other PC/Steam players… “I am on Steam and can successfully invite my buddy on Xbox using his EA ID, but I cannot invite any other steam friends using their steam ID or EA ID - I’ll get error code 4270 for all of them. It sucks because a couple of them just bought the game during the Christmas 2024 steam sale and we can’t play together at all… We’ve tried turning off crossplay, exiting the game, logging back in and turning crossplay back on - doesn’t work. Restarting the PCs also doesn’t work. EA!!!! HELP!!!!” The response from EA’s community manager (five days later) “Closing thread to avoid necroposting. If needed, please feel free to start a new topic.” Well EA, here’s your new thread on this SAME topic that your players are STILL having and are STILL recently posting about in a thread that is definitely not “necro…”
game breaking cutscenes across the whole game
Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Platform:Epic-PC Summarize your bug Every cutscene in the game has not played smoothly. All of them restart the audio at some point without restarting the visuals, and the visuals are constantly glitching (looks like gpu artifacts). Also occasionally after cutscenes I will fall through the map and then the game wont progress. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game. This has occured for every cutscene (i'm at the ninth sister fight on kashyyyk) since landing at Zeffo. What happens when the bug occurs? cutscenes become impossible to watch and even subtitles lag and glitch making them impossible to read. What do you expect to see? The game playing properly This is making this game impossible to enjoy. I have tried disabling the origin in game option, verifying game files, reinstalling the game, putting GPU in low power mode, turning off freesync, capping fps to 60, and every other solution I could find and nothing works. I thought that maybe the game save was corrupted so I started a new game, and the problems started immediately during the first cutscene.Jedi Survivor Bug
Has anyone experienced a bug when learning force pull down on Jedi Survivor? I am at the part where you learn the move and need to bring down the turret and pull up the door. I’ve changed buttons, restarted, and uninstalled the game. Any suggestions on how to fix it/advance in the game?
