If you bought Spore on Steam and you are unable to use online features, please reach out to our support team on our website so we can look into this for you.

    Thank you for responding to my question. After some struggle, i managed to begin a case. However, i have received two emails, both from someone called "Kunal S." One mentions of an origin verification, while the other talks of a one-time code to an EA Advisor. I am confused as how to proceed.
