Sound Bug with my Logitech G430

I have noticed since the last patch that after about 20s of gaming with my G430 Headset that the sound gets distorted and gets a lot of static noise. This only happens when I use the USB Card of the G430 but it gives usually the best sound too. When I switch to direct input the sound is normal but not very good since the G430 is obviously optimized for it's own soundcard.

Anyone else having the same problem with perhaps other usb headsets?
