Sorry for asking, but are you stuck solving the puzzle or are you actually glitched under the platform with no way getting back out?

You have to kill yourself by throwing yourself off the edge again and again. Turning the difficulty to max makes this faster.
Then you will respawn at the last meditation point, you can then try again and make sure not to fall down.
