I purchased the steam version of spore, tried the live chat option for help, because i cant connect my account. After two failed attempts the live chat option vanished, and now im stuck in a loop of clicking help, they saying i can contact them, but that option is not available for me.
How to make the chat option come out?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble contacting support.
As you mentioned, you need assistance linking the accounts; I will leave these two articles here as you might be able to solve the problem by following the instructions on them: Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account & Link your platform accounts to your EA Account.
If you need any assistance during these steps, you will need to try contacting EA Help Support again.
If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try:
If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.
