Community ManagerWe currently have players online, which platform do you play on? What region are you located in and what time in the day were you having some trouble finding a game? I would try other modes and as we approach the weekend there should be a bump in the amount of players online.
Same problem here. The family each bought a copy of the game during the sale and we finally got around to trying it out together last night. There was only one match available in total, a 12 player deathmatch mode basically. None of the other interesting missions were available.
Some of us are past the oddly restrictive 24H refund window because we launched it briefly before we all got together last night to give it a try.
It wasn't exactly prime-time so I understand that we might have better luck over the weekend, but it was still really disappointing. This game really shouldn't be sold. Frustrating.

Can you help me. I was banned from BF 1 on my PS 4. No warning. I completed an on-line form about a 1 month ago and received no info. I had not played in a while.
