Purge troopers ignoring slow time force power when you attack them

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Face a purge trooper, use slow power and try to hit him with the saber.
What happens when the bug occurs? Trooper is blocking at normal speed or even faster
What do you expect to see? I would expect to be able to beat him at least once, before he can react -> He should react in slow motion and not lightning fast.

Troopers have no force abilities, so they shouldn´t be able to resist or ignore force powers.

But it always happened that they block my saber attacks even when I use slow time on them.
