Stuck in repeat order 66 memory

Summarize your bug I have been sent to the order 66 memory for a second time during this play through and am unable to escape it. When I restart the game it loads straight into the memory.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t have exact steps to reproduce, but I can give some details of the game state up to that point. - I had previously completed this memory scene. - I have had the scene where Malicos shows who he is and the night sister raises the dead and chases Cal from Dathomir - I then went to Ilum to repair my lightsaber. - I have completed all the story parts on the other planets. - After repairing my lightsaber I went straight back to Dathomir. - Malicos was back in his original position as the mysterious stranger. His interaction with Cal was also his mysterious stranger one. - There were two bounty hunters waiting at the tomb entrance. - After defeating the bounty hunters and going up to the door at the tomb, I was able to interact with it. Turning round then showed the meditation circle on the ground. - Meditating at the circle then triggered the order 66 memory to repeat itself.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can run around the memory into the training area. However once in the training room I am trapped inside with all exits closed. Jaro and a clone can be seen standing in the gallery above. On one occurrence Jaro spoke about me not being in a hurry. What do you expect to see? To not have repeated this part of the story.
