Kashyyyk Origin Tree Stuck At 93%

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug Origin Tree holomap stuck at 93% I have all of the databanks for Kashyyyk completed. I can only presume that the map does not recognize that I located the 'Tarfful and Cordova' entry due to the fact I can see still see the blue markings on the ground where the original force echo resides.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? A possibility of why it is bugged is due to the fact I picked up the force echo before I was in combat with the 'Mykal'
What happens when the bug occurs? When I picked up the force echo I was hit by a "Mykal' and my lightsaber ignited in my hand while I was crouched picking up the echo. The lightsaber was in a sort of t-pose when I picked up the echo.
What do you expect to see? Any way to get the map to recognize the echo to 100% Kashyyyk.

If the achievement to complete the holomaps does not require a 100% on all planets and instead on all databanks and such it really isn't necessary to find a way around this. I revisited the spot and saved and reloaded and it is still stuck at 93%

    Hey I had this issue too but I found out what the problem was, even though I found all chests and echoes.  I was playing on the new journey+ so there's that small area with a chest that I didn't bother going into because I had that chest from a previous playthrough.  However, that was what was stopping me from getting 100%.  once i walked into the same area where the chest was (by the eggs in the back), I got my 100%.

    You are a godsend, i had the exact same problem and just spent hours ready to shoot myself just to finally stumble across your answer and realise i had the same exact problem
