Stuck after the Second Sister fight (tiny spoiler)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fall down when jump-running along the walls after the Second Sister fight on Zeffo.
What happens when the bug occurs? Fell down a wall run after the Second Sister fight on Zeffo and got teleported to the meditation pad. This leaves me unable to get through the red divider/wall/screen when I go down to the room where the fight happened.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to get through the red divider/wall/screen and progress to the next room.

I'm stuck after the 2nd Second Sister (hehe) fight on Zeffo. I finished the fight and got emotionally distressed after realizing what they told us. After I collected my thoughts I carefully continued sprinting along the mountains and stumbled upon another set of walls. When jumprunning towards the second wall, the game froze and seconds after I slowly started falling down into the abyss.
Surprised and somewhat shocked I was teleported to safety and happened upon the meditation pad again. "Oh, let me just go down with the elevator to where the fight was and try again." - ALAS, the red wall of doom is still up and blocking me :-(

I figured I could just skip ahead and maybe access Mantis and travel to another planet but I can't find a way out from where the meditation pad. Somehow the game also was saved at this point and everytime I start the game, this is where I start from. So I'm really stuck. Please halp <3
