Re: vr occulus

Hey @xrayspectra,

Welcome!

Funny enough I just received my Oculus Quest 2 (Meta Quest 2 as what they're called now) a few days ago and SW: Squadrons is the first game I tried in VR. :D

Back to the issue that you're experiencing.

Are you saying that you want to use the controllers of the Quest itself? Or something like a connected Xbox controller?

What I did to make an Xbox controller work, for example, is the following:
- Boot the game itself at least once on your PC and make sure that the game recognises your controller and that it also works.

- Close the game and connect your headset, load up everything that you need for it (I believe Steam VR?)

- Go back to Origin and start the game with your M&K, but immediately switch to your Xbox controller once the game has loaded (wiggle the thumbsticks a bit to 'wake' the controller) and see if you can use it to control the menu.

- While controlling the game with your connected Xbox controller, turn on VR mode.

We also have a dedicated guide for the VR mode of the game on our EA Help page.

Hope this helps.
