Star Wars Squadrons NR Pilot skin/helmet bug report

In past 2 weeks, for the New Republic (NR) pilot only, the pilot's helmet does not save.  First noticed that it would revert to the 'Ringali Shell' helmet whenever the game would drop from the network/server, and upon reconnection the selected helmet would be different.  Changed from the Twi'lek pilot to a humanoid pilot to complete all available pilot helmets, and after reconnecting to the network/servers in the game's hub, it would still occur, but with various other helmet configurations.  The flight suit nor gloves would change.  Upon acquiring all available NR helmets in the game, i changed back to the Twi'Lek skin, and now no helmet sticks, it just reverts to the 'no helmet option' upon reconnection.

Unable to submit an official bug report, so i figure i'd drop a lone here to see if perhaps i'm not the only one having issues.

    Does anything else save from your settings or changes to your pilots?@docmichaels

    Hi! Thanks for the reply-

    everything pretty much carries over except the helmet skin. Flight suit, gloves, and character skin all stay the same.

    @EA_Atic Addendum to the earlier reply: just played a single player vs AI fleet battle match. Prior to match I had to select a helmet, having had to re-log In to the server, (it was again missing). After completing the fleet battle vs AI match, the selected helmet is once again missing from the full-body player skin, but present on the upper left icon.

    Could you move the document folder for Squadrons to desktop and start up the game. Everything will have reset now. Can you try a new load out with different skins and helmet and see if does save now. @docmichaels

    I missed that, sorry for that. @docmichaels

    Would be deleting local and online saves, this would remove your singel player campaign progression.
