Re: Co-op Campaign?

According to the video, the introductory campaign experience is single player, and will cover either of 2 pilot's perspectives. One of the pilots being a part of the New Republic, and the other a part of the Empire.
While we don't know for certain that this excludes any co-op for the campaign, it would seem to suggest there is not a multiplayer component to the campaign as it's specifically called out as being a "single player story" (see video at 37:08).
Fleet Battles is called out as a separate mode that will feature the option of playing cooperatively against the AI (see video at 39:55).
So, in summary, we don't know for certain that the campaign cannot be played in coop, but it would seem that way based on what we've seen. One of the multiplayer modes, Fleet Battles, does specifically call out the ability to play cooperatively against the AI.
