Kashyyyk Zipline Hitbox Unexplore Path Glitched

This is driving me nuts..... How do they release games with such obvious glitches. Do they not have anyone testing for 100% completion. 

*FIX*

I believe I now know how this happens and subsequently.... How to get past this issue. I've also had this happen at 2 other areas but was able to "fix" this right away as this experience on Kashyyyk prepared me. 

I believe this occurs b/c of a mismatch concerning the hit box or activation box and the layout/design of the level. I think for most players, experiencing this issue, as well as myself is that we aim towards the closest part of the line when we jump. THE FIX- If you look where that yellow strip is, it's a little further up from where the bottom of the zip line is. It's SEEMS you HAVE to jump straight through where this strip is & hit the zip line riding it all the way to the top. You must also land at the top safely for it to count. I learned from another location where I could nail where I needed to jump but the landing was a difficult area. So even if I made the jump perfectly through the hit box, it wouldn't register if I didn't land safely. On Kashyyyk, I did have an issue at this spot "briefly" as the yellow strip area is kinda behind a surviving portion of a ladder. So a couple times I'd jump but the tip of ladder redirected my guy into the wrong direction. But it stopped me only a couple times & was able to work around it.

*Hope this helps anyone who might still be having issues or those in the future as it's obviously something that the devs haven't decided to fix*

What worked for me is i went down the zipling and i jumped off a little early to jump into the corner of the right side of the bridge and the cliff. that cleared it for me.

And 3 years later the glitch still is an issue lol 😂 

Still an issue. I’ve tried jumping through it easily 30 times, up and down, but to no avail. If anyone could point me to a YouTube tutorial or even a photo of where to jump from, I’d appreciate it please? Or, seriously EA, fix a 3 year old bug you’ve known about since 2019.
