Re: cannot connect to ea server

I am using windows 10,. The connection is both wireless and wired.I checked the connection tons of times. Restarted the computer a couple of times, and I was still having the error code:721

    I have the same problem. Error 721.
    Since last week i can not connect to the server.
    I´m using Win 10 with wired internet.

    Hi there, @Nickelaoz.

    Try using alternate DNS settings with the steps here. Let me know if that helps or not. Thank you.

    I think it is the update they did. EA did something to cause this. Everything was fine before that. I have two powerful gaming computers and neither can connect now.
