Jedi Survivor Crashes on Launch Every Time (PC)

I suggest you attach a DXDIAG report, so we can see what we're dealing with.

I am able to play the first level without any issues but when I leave on the ship and select travel to koboh the game crashes halfway through the cutscene just as the ship is about to enter the atmosphere.

I'm getting an error report that says: 
Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000070

I've tried the following:

Reinstall the game

Verify game files

Reinstall GPU drivers
Running on lowest settings and locking to 30fps

Disable full screen optimization and changing the DPI scaling

Setting CPU task priority to realtime

Tried restarting the game, and I can play the first level fine, but not land on the second planet.
Disable/ enable Raytracing and DLSS

Loading into the intro first, then loading my previous save

Increasing my virtual memory

Resetting all Nvidia control panel settings

Nothing is working and it crashes the exact same way each time. I really REALLY want to play this game and I waited for a long time for them to patch it up because I heard it was a mess on PC, but sadly it seems it's still so broken I literally can't progress anyware.

Anyone have any bright ideas for more things I could try?

I did a full windows reinstall just a few months ago so I'm not really too keen on going full nuclear on my PC again.

I7 8700k 4.9Ghz

32GB DDR4 3000Mhz RAM
RTX 3080 (Latest drivers)
Asus Strix z390 Wi-fi motherboard

1000W Corsair PSU

I've done all of that as well except the reintall of Windows. Nothing seems to be working for me. It's really frustrating, I can't even get to the main menu before it crashes.

I've been having this exact issue since October and have yet to be able to play the game past the exact same point you mentioned. I made a post here about it too, and got zero assistance whatsoever. Here's the link to my thread, though yours seems to have gotten more traction than mine, so idk.
