Jedi Survivor Crashing on Startup
Started playing the game this morning for the first time on PC. Played for around ~90 minutes or so, then took a short lunch. On relaunching the game, it now crashes as soon as the title logo appears. I've tried repairing files, the app, reinstalling the whole game, verifying file integrity, launching at a lower resolution, turning off any and all overlays/overclocking applications, etc. Nothing has worked. The crash is typically (but not always) in the form of an Unreal engine error. Here is the summary information: LoginId:eabde2f8fc62000b4268f71008b93b6e LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 686] RetCode = Adapter->CreateCommittedResource(Desc, GetGPUMask(), HeapProps, InitialState, ClearValue, &NewResource, Name, false) failed at D:/depot/r8branches/r8release/Engine/Source/Runtime/D3D12RHI/Private/D3D12Allocation.cpp:1411 with error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED I will gladly give more information upon request if anyone is willing to direct me to where I can find the crash data.
Deluxe Edition not working?
I bought the Deluxe Edition as my first purchase of this game, however I've gotten past the point of saving Zee and the New Hero Pack and Galactic Hero pack have not loaded. I have logged in and out, I've repaired the game, I've restarted the game and my device countless times, I've cleared the cache. Idk what to do when support tries one thing and when it fails they just pass me to the next support agent
Camera Glitch
I have no idea why but only on Jedi Survivor my controllers Y axis just does not exist. I can only move the camera left to right, but somehow my mouse works if I need to look up or down. I've googled around and the only option I've seen given is to turn off my overlays, which I've already done to no avail. Any ideas? Game was purchased on Epic Games launcher but obviously it opens up via EA.
Request to release the Pre-order bonus for everyone
I am a big fan of Jedi: Survivor. I really want to use the Obi-Wan Kenobi inspired Jedi Survival Pack, but the expiration date for the physical edition codes has already passed, and there is currently no legitimate way for new players to obtain it. In the previous game, Jedi: Fallen Order, the pre-order bonuses were eventually unlocked for all players a few months after launch. Could you please consider doing the same for Jedi: Survivor, or at least make it available as a paid DLC on the store? Thank you for your consideration. ご検討宜しくお願い致します
Visual Glitch on PC
I bought the game a couple of days ago, and everything since the opening cutscene has been glitched red and white. I've tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling, and playing around with the settings. I also made sure my device was compatible with the game, so I am unsure of what the issue is. I previously played Fallen Order and had no issues with that game. Has anyone else experienced this/know a way to fix it?
Can I launch Jedi Survivor on Steam with an EA account banned in Apex?
Hi everyone, I have a permanently banned EA account due to an old Apex Legends ban. Interestingly, I'm still able to launch and play Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order through Steam using this same EA account. Before purchasing Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on Steam, I wanted to ask whether anyone knows if Jedi Survivor performs an active EA account status check during activation or launch. Has anyone successfully launched Jedi Survivor through Steam while using an EA account that is banned from EA online services? Since Fallen Order still works for me, I'm trying to understand whether Survivor behaves differently before I decide whether to purchase it. Thank you.Reach Pilgrim's Sanctuary Quest
Last time I played, this gate should be opened and you can dash to it using your newly learned move. Now it is just closed. How do you resolve this? I'm playing on my PC. Already tried killing the character over and over, restart the game, go back to home screen. Nothing works. I don't wanna start all over again... lol
