Achievement to work The "You've Got a Friend" achievement appears to not work for some people. According to feedback from a reddit post I made (will put link below), it appears to affect people on both PC and console. Massive audio glitches to the extent that game is unplayable
Hello, I've been having big audio issues with Jedi Survivor. Nearing the end of the game and after completing the game, the audio constantly cuts in and out making for a horrible, distorted audio to the extent that it is basically unplayable. It gets to the point that the game may as well be muted with audio only every now and then, and even affects it visually, freezing every now and then. I am on an Xbox Series X and have already tried common solutions like removing external devices, playing around with all audio settings, clearing the cache, and so on. This is a serious bug that needs to be fixed and I have found many people with the same problem, but there is not actual email or place to report it other than this which i don't think is sufficient. If someone could direct me to a place to report it or an email or somewhere that would take it seriously, that would be greatly appreciated. I do just wish to say that this is an amazing game, but it is a shame that these glitches make it unplayable after completing the main story Thanks.
Stuck at Sepulcher Pass Portals
When starting the game back up, I was on the ridge where the machine is about to attack and kill me. When I tried to jump into the portals that continue moving me through the game, I fall right through to my death every time. I’ve restarted the game, started a new game and everything else I can think of. Nothing works and the portals don’t work. I’m playing on XBox. Anyone know how to fix this? I don’t have a previous save to go back to and there is no meditation point I can get to to fast travel back. I’ve attached photos to better illustrate where I’m at.
Force Lift/Slam not working well
Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor Platform:PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Summarize your bug Force maneuver (R1 + triangle/X) doesn't work / too small a "sweet spot" to use it. How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Most frustrating place to attempt to use it was KOBOH - VISCID BOG, near elevator. Three platforms that need to be risen to cross the bog to reach echo. What happens when the bug occurs? Force maneuver doesn't work / hard to find a spot to highlight the objects both with camera and player movement. What do you expect to see? Flickering highlights of movable objects / no highlight at all. Sometimes reloading save helps but still very difficult. Moving objects with the force is very difficult to do as finding the *exact* spot to highlight the objects is hard to find. Stationary enemies (ceiling turrets) have the same story, very difficult to slam/lift them. Moving enemies seem to be fine.Another user stuck in the Forest Array cutscene/flashback
PS5 pro. Latest patch. After entering the Rehabilitation Wing and triggering the initial cutscene, I'm sent to the Tanalorr flashback. Santari and Dagan chat for a bit, I'm zapped to a new area, and I'm stuck there permanently. Santari and Dagan should spawn again to resume their dialog, but they don't. Have tried restarting, turning down graphics settings on both the game itself and my console, reverting to my latest cloud save, even the "aggro enemies and remove your map beacons" ritual that one user suggested. No change. Can't progress. The game is broken, and judging by the several 6+ month old reports of the same issue (along with the Singing Ruins door), it's pretty clear that the game is abandoned and unsupported at this point. Maybe it's wishful thinking, I'll still post this here and hope that someone's found a functioning workaround, or (even more wishful thinking) maybe we'll get an official response someday.
stuck where you learn to dash on Jedha
the cutscene where Cal jumps through the wind into the cave ended and I left the game, autosaving me in the cave where I can now dash mid-air, but I cant force pull the bar off of the door to leave i've reloaded the game multiple times and tired repairing it but no luckUnable to Launch from Steam.
Attempted to launch the game from steam. Get the error code that the game was bought from a different account. Attempted troubleshooting steps up to including: Reinstall of both EA and Steam launcher. Single drive install for both launchers. Verified files on steam. EA cache recovery. Ensured that EA is linked to my steam account. Ensured both apps launched as administrator. Accessed local file .exe file and launched as administrator. Ensured windows defender doesn't interfere. All attempts failed and unable to launch the game. I recommend a removal of EA app launcher to be launched when games are purchased through steam. Also recommend the ability to choose the install path for the EA launcher if it is a error in the coding. Get the hamsters working. I so do want to drop some expletives at every single decision maker at EA that forces the coders to ensure that their launcher is the "only choice" when it comes to games. The actions that EA also has to allow their games to be sold on steam just tells you that they lost quite a bit of money. Recommend new training for management staff at EA. Finally recommend re-education to EA execs. Hope that once BF6 launches and steam players begin having this issue, It will hit their bottom line. Good luck!Rooftop garden has a "ghost plant." The three hexes for the medium plant are marked as having a plant in them but there is nothing there. Nothing can be planted on it, nothing can be removed from it, and resetting the plot doesn't fix it. How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure what caused the bug. I placed a plant, and removed it, and then placed a plant, and removed it again. At that point it left it with it "filled" What happens when the bug occurs? Plants cannot be placed in those slots, they can't be removed, and it can't be reset. What do you expect to see? It should be able to clear at some point The plants are unable to be removed, but there isn't a plant there.I'm stuck in a location and can't get out. HELP!
I'm stuck in a location and can't get out. It's the location where the main character gets the Dash. I can't break the door and replay the mission. The save was also recorded when I got the Dash, and the door remained closed even though I opened it. Then I accidentally died from a fall and was left in this location with the door closed. HELP!!!!
Jedi Survivor graphics stuck on low – settings don’t change even on Epic
Hi everyone, I’m experiencing a big graphics issue with Star Wars Jedi: Survivor after reinstalling Windows. The game always looks like it’s running on the lowest quality, no matter if I set everything to “Epic” or “High” in the settings. The resolution itself changes (image sharper or blurrier depending on the setting), but the actual graphics effects (textures, details, shadows, etc.) always stay as if it’s on “Low.” This issue happens only in Jedi Survivor – other games like Red Dead Redemption 2 or Battlefield 2042 look perfectly fine. What I already tried: Fully reinstalled Windows 10 and later Windows 11 (with complete disk format) Reinstalled GPU drivers multiple times, also using DDU to remove them completely, tested older versions too Deleted shader cache and temp files Reinstalled the game multiple times (Epic Games / EA App) Disabled cloud saves and deleted local saves → game started completely fresh Deleted GameUserSettings.ini multiple times → it gets recreated, problem persists Checked BIOS Secure Boot settings Installed and checked monitor drivers (MSI MAG271CQR) My System: Windows 11 Home 64-bit (fresh install) CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 (tested latest + older drivers) RAM: 16 GB DDR4 Monitor: MSI MAG271CQR, 144 Hz, 1440p SSD: Crucial 1TB (newly partitioned and formatted) I really don’t know what else to try. Before reinstalling Windows, Jedi Survivor looked great – but now it’s extremely blurry and stuck on low graphics no matter what I do. Has anyone had the same issue or knows a fix? One of my saves has been corrupted and I am unable to get it back, I have no idea why it could have corrupted, I didn't crash the game last time I used it or turn my PlayStation off whilst playing. I have attempted to use 'rebuild database' on safe mode to get my save back but have had no luck, I have played through the game before and not ran into any corruption, I was doing a new save to replay the game after some time and all of a sudden I cannot get my progress back. When one the main menu and loading saves it states "0.0 hours played" and simply has the word "corrupted". I never received an error message either, when I first went to load in after it had corrupted it simply loaded me into an older save. I am playing a Ps5. I would think that somehow I can reload a save that may have slightly less progress but still most of it somehow through my saved data but cannot figure anything out from that. I do have PS Plus and have my data go to the cloud. Is there any possible solution to bring back my save?
