Focus button not working (rb) on Xbox
I was told by ea support to come here. Right now I’m stuck in the lucrehulk right where you learn the force slam ability. The rb button registers in the ui but not in the actual game. I cant progress further without being able to use this ability and I want to know if there’s any way to fix it. I’ve already tried re mapping the buttons, reinstalling the game, reloading the game, and every other way I have found so far.Texture Loading Problem
I recently purchased Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and have encountered a serious issue with texture loading. Despite adjusting the graphics settings to maximum, the textures fail to load properly, making the game unplayable. I have searched online for solutions but have not found a fix. I have played the game for a few hours now. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue or providing guidance on potential fixes. I have been playing this game on the ps5 with 35+ hours of gameplay. Once I got to the singing ruins and died after getting the dash ability I was not able to pass through these doors. I noticed you guys knew about this issue 7+ months ago. How have you guys not fixed this bug already? What is taking so long just to make a new update with the doors open? At least let us know if you don't plan on fixing it so we can get our refund. You guys are really slacking. I am never going to trust another EA game with how you address your issues.SWJS is Not good on PS5 Pro
So I have been sitting here playing Jedi Survivor on the PS5 Pro on a 65 in C3 TV and even after all the patches the game does not look any better in performance mode. Quality mode is completely useless to me because I don't like the 30 FPS. In performance mode I've noticed the pictures dull almost washed out looking very very grainy like the film grain is on even though I've turned it off and there is all kinds of anomalies and hiccups and glitches throughout the game. I have messed with every setting I could from the game itself the console and the TV and at its best it looks okay This game has been out long enough that it should be in Pristine(Like the Lightsaber) condition. Is anybody else seen this from having these issues on their PS5 Pro. Because it is very disappointing that a game that is actually awesome with the potential to be the best Star Wars game ever made is completely marred by performance issues image quality issues and what seems a pure lack of accountability on the publisher and developer. To charge full price for a game that has been an absolute mess and will 100% affect the sales of the 3rd installment is Beyond appalling. Do not get me wrong I absolutely love the Jedi games. But with how bad Jedi Survivor has been performance in image quality wise it will definitely make me take pause before buying the third game. Which is absolutely disappointing and EA as well as respond should both be held accountable
Dualsense Edge doesn't work on PC
Hi, is the team considering fixing this in an update? If a game supports dualsense on PC, but it does not support the dualsense. I tried everything troubleshooting, and couldn't fix it, and turns out this game just doesn't support the dualsense edge at all. I didn't know that was even possible and feel a little raw about my purchase not going to lie. The game also doesn't run great so idk if I'll refund but if the team is aware and working on it then I guess I'd hold onto it.Jedi Survivor singing ruins
I know I’m not the only person to have this issue. I’m in the singing ruins and I just got the dash thing. I went through the doors the first time like I should because it was OPEN and I feel like I got pretty far. I guess my mistake was I didn’t go meditate somewhere after that and now I find myself in a position where the doors are closed and now I’m seeing in the forums that EA is telling people to glitch the game out to get through, I made it through after like half an hour but I fell to my death on the other side. Since then I cannot go back through. So respectfully maybe instead of telling the people who are trying to get past this bug to waste their time trying to glitch it, fix the bug, idk keep the door open once you’re passed the dash.

Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game on PS5 What happens when the bug occurs? Game Freezes during game play. Never recovers. What do you expect to see? I expected to see a game I can play. On PS5 my game loads up, I play for a few minutes and it crashes. I have done all of the steps found online. Delete the game and reload, clear the cache on the PS5, reload the database, etc and nothing works. Had high hopes for this game. Loves the last one. Please fix this so I can play it. Owned it since launch, haven't gotten to play more than a few hours due to glitch crashes. Thank You

I need help, can someone help me find the imperial outfit for this game I can’t find it . I have watched YouTube videos and searched google with this question and no luck . Has anybody had a problem with the door not opening when you get to the part of the story to CHECK ON CORDOVA''S PROGRESS? I'm able to force pool or push one of the spheres because it lights up, but the left side if you're facing the door does not light up to force puller push. PLEASE HELP!!Can not launch Jedi Survivor
I just re-downloaded Jedi Survivor, but I can not launch it. I get an error message saying my computer does not have an app to launch it and refers me to the Microsoft Store. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app, tried repairing the app and game, and redownloaded the game. No G I have no problems launching Steam games. The computer is more than capable of running this game.*SPOILER* End Game Speeder chase game breaking bug
Hey there. On the final speeder chase (with a character starting with B) my game is bugged and will not let me progress. i get onto the speeder, and then the chase goes fine until the window. The window doesn’t break at all. I clip through. then I do a QTE against Bode, but the Scout Trooper that’s meant to spawn never does. Then when the chase is to end Bode stops and I clip through the floor to my death when there’s supposed to be a cutscene. im now stuck and cannot progress. any options?
NG+ first death makes you lose all abilities and points (BUG)
Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor Platform:PlayStation 5 Summarize your bug Started a NG+ and played with no issues for about an hour and while still on Coruscant died for the first time in the NG+ playthrough and then respawned back at the most recent meditation point. However, when i respawned I had 0 abilities unlocked (i had already rebought all of them after starting the new playthrough), no points available (even though i should have still had about 60 left of points refunded at the very beginning of NG+) and starting health. My NG+ autosaved so im pretty much stuck with no ability points and all of the upgrade menu completely greyed out and the perks menu completely missing. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start NG+ Play to at least first meditation point Die to an enemy and respawn mack and meditation point What happens when the bug occurs? On first death in NG+, you lose all your abilities, stances, and available ability points and your health is reset to starting level. What do you expect to see? a fix please? basically it resets you to new game and not new game plus after you die once.There is a serious graphic error in playing this game
The specifications of my computer are gtx5080, AMD 9800x3d. Except for this game, other games work normally. To fix this issue, I upgraded the Nvidia driver and turned off options like HDR and DLSS, V-sync, and I deleted this game and downloaded it including the data left over, but it doesn't work well.
