Hard lock bug at Loading Gantry while on mission to rescue zee
So it seems I'm hard locked out of the main story mission because after wall running and jumping and dashing it does not offer me to press L2 and draw myself to the ladder to progress the route/mission, in the images you can see were that is. Also there's another bug at the start of the mission where when you grab the the bird and glide to the central islan in viscis bog, the vent that gives you altitude does not work, I struggled a while after I read that it's still possible to cross it but I made it barely. So yeah I don't know what to say, I'm playing on PS5 pro.
Singing Ruins soft lock
Hi, After getting the dash forward ability in Jedha Singing Ruins, I got stuck and couldn't progress. A door blocked my way, and I couldn't forcefully pull or push through it. I play on PS5 Pro. I have already tried to reinstall the game without luck, and unfortunately, I don't have a previous safe file with a different checkpoint. I'm soft-locked! Please help.
Pilgrims Sanctuary
Door is glitched in the Singing Ruins area. I had already completed this portion but had to do a system restart shortly after. Once back in the game it started me after the cut scene with Cere to unlock the dash, but the next door was shut. Since the door has to first be opened from the other side, the game is registering as if I never completed it. Not sure what to do.
Stuck above wall/billboard during wall run
Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor Platform:PC Summarize your bug I wall ran against a wall/billboard and ended up stuck above it, can change direction but I'm just stuck in space so have to force quit. This was a curved billboard towards the end of the Reunite With Your Crew mission. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Wall run and keep jumping until you're above the wall What happens when the bug occurs? Character gets stuck in space, can turn around but can't go anywhere. What do you expect to see? Achievement to work The "You've Got a Friend" achievement appears to not work for some people. According to feedback from a reddit post I made (will put link below), it appears to affect people on both PC and console. I just arrived at the moon landing pad. I'm heading towards the elevator, but it's not moving. I thought I needed to do something with BD, but apparently it's not necessary. I looked for videos on YouTube, but for other players, the elevator activates immediately. At first, I thought it was because it wasn't the main objective, but once I completed the main objective and returned to the moon, the situation didn't change; I'm still stuck with no way to progress. Is there a way to fix this without having to restart the game (with the potential risk of not fixing the problem)? Thanks for your help. P.S.: I'll leave a video of the problem.
Frame Generation Broken with HDR Enabled
Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor Platform:Steam-PC Summarize your bug The new implementation of DLSS frame generation seems to break when it's turned on alongside HDR. There's extremely bad ghosting and flickering, both on UI elements and on Cal himself. The ghosting issues aren't totally gone in SDR, but they're so much worse with HDR on that it looks broken. Boot up Jedi Survivor on an nVidia 40-series card (I have a 4090) and turn on both frame gen and HDR. Every time both were on, the ghosting got ridiculous, and every time I turned off HDR, the ghosting got better What happens when the bug occurs? Ghosting, flickering of both UI elements and world elements. Most obvious on the UI elements in the bottom corner and around Cal's head when the camera is spinning. What do you expect to see? A much more stable image. Preferably all UI flicker, even the kind you see on SDR, should be removed, but the SDR version, while not a good implementation, doesn't look broken in the way that it looks when framegen is turned on at the same time as HDR. I was going for the last bounty rumor when I saw that I could attack Caij Vanda from above and I did. The game was supposed ti have q cutscene before the fight that I didn't know about and after the fight I didn't recieve the last bounty collectible though I got the trophies and it says in the "bounties tab" that Caij is defeated... I've tried all different things to get the collectible but it doesn't show up in the menu. Please make a small patch and fix this bug for all the players that did the same mistake.
When will the pre-order "Hermit" bonuses finally be available for everyone?
Hi EA, I think I speak for many players when I say it’s really disappointing that the pre-order exclusive content for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor — specifically the “Hermit” lightsaber, Hermit outfit, and blaster — is still not available for those who didn’t pre-order the game. The game launched on April 28, 2023, so it’s been well over a year now. Many of us were hoping these bonuses would become purchasable or unlockable after a reasonable period, just like you did with Jedi: Fallen Order — at its one-year anniversary you made the pre-order bonuses available for everyone. Can you please let us know when you plan to do the same for Survivor? Lots of players are asking for this — it feels unfair to lock these behind a pre-order wall forever, especially for completionists who want the full experience. Please give us an update! Hi everyone, i need some help with Jedi Survivor on PS5, i bought the game recently and im having some issues downloading the game, it said i dont have space but i deleted everything and i still get this message, i've already tried lots of solutions that i saw online but none of them worked, i contacted Playstation support and they could not solve the problem either.XP restoration bugs
Recently started the game on PS5, noticed 2 XP restoration bugs. In Cere's base on Jedha if you jump onto the elevator instead of waiting for it to come up to you, you may die from fall damage. If this happens you can't collect your XP back because it's bugged. If I die to the droids on top of the Spawn of Ogdo later I can't get my XP back. This also happens if I die mid-air to a blaster in this area. Also, sometimes if I die to Ogdo my XP does not show up 😭.Stuck on Mantis, need latest update to proceed

When you're on the mantis the R3 button that appears at the destination table doesn't appear and the cockpit when I click the R3 button it says: THE GAME NEEDS TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE LASTEST PATCH IN ORDER TO PROCEED. What happens when the bug occurs? It says it can't proceed until the latest patch has been downloaded and installed What do you expect to see? Expect to see a notification on the right of your screen about downloading and installing a patch When I broad the mantis after playing the first part. I purchased Jedi Survivor on the PS Store recently and it kept freezing within the first 10 seconds of play. Thankfully PS refunded me the money. I figured that it was a download issue, so I purchased a physical copy the other day, and it still does the same thing. I've tried every setting change that I can think of and even deleted it and re-downloading it several times. It still freezes within the first 10 seconds of play. Appears as though it should be possible to escape from/break the grab but for me I remain stuck in the weapon and slowly bleed out over 15 - 20 seconds. No on screen prompt appears to escape (e.g. click mouse/hit keyboard button). On some occasions I am released from the immobilisation after a seemingly random amount of time. Happens for every Raider Veteran I have encountered on different planets/locations etc. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get hit by red attack from Bedlam Raider Veteran What happens when the bug occurs? As above - stuck in electrocution animation and unable to escape; always ends up being fatal. What do you expect to see? Unclear if this attack is supposed to always be fatal but I suspect not as not a hugely powerful enemy and other similar grab style attacks often have a way of escaping. When I am trying to align the arrays in the koboh array center. The koboh matter bridge is present and the locks are gone but the game still shows the locks as active and the doors are not opening to allow entry to the control room. I have tried resetting the game in a variety of ways, I have had no success.Last Datadisc
I’m trying to completely 100% Jedi survivor, and all I have left is one datadisc but I’ve completed all the planets, and with the treasure upgrade it’s still not showing up. When I click “show on Holomap” it pans the camera to a random area on Koboh, I’ve checked many places around and I still can’t find it, I’m not sure if this is a bug or if I just can’t find it. Has anyone else had this issue? (I already got the one in Holotactics)
