@EA_Leeuw Like almost everyone else, I redeemed a valid code (mine from CD KEys), The game activated and started the download processes, as normal. the game was stuck on preparing so cancelled the download it's not there in my library and I cannot redeem the code again.

I Chatted with an EA advisor who confirmed the game was in my library and went through the process of clearing the cache uninstalling the app etc.  I am now stuck with spending £40 on a game that I currently cannot play or even see.

The issue is not with the customers, the codes or where they purchased this from, the issue is with EA.
