Unfortunately, we are at the moment not able to assist with orders that have been made via Amazon. If you have not received your Pre-Order & Deluxe Edition bonus codes from Amazon, and you think that you're eligible for this, please reach out to Amazon support to get assistance with this issue, as they are the ones who are distributing the codes.

I mean, this is exactly the response I thought I would get, which is absolutely useless.
And the gall to have this marked as an accepted solution? Well that just takes the biscuit!
But it's fine. It is like I said in the post:
If no one wants to take responsibility for this then I shall no longer be pre-ordering games from either EA or Amazon.
What an utter omnishambles this release has been.

Adding to the pile of this mess is how the solution for this keeps being re-marked as:

This is not a response. This is just corporate spiel and is not a solution. Neither EA nor Amazon want to take responsibility for this mess and just keep passing the buck.

I have lost trust in both companies at this point and don't see that trust being restored.
