They are stuck on lvl 2 and nothing happens. The progression bar doesnt move at all.

I'm not sure you know how levelling up works. The level you see is the card level, you have to open crates to get cards, which will also boost the level of that particular class. You can also do this by crafting cards, or upgrading already crafted/unlocked ones.
