Sounds like you have a controller plugged into your PC. If so, I suggest plugging in the controller OR the keyboard/mouse - not both at the same time.

I use keyboard and mouse to play the game. I haven't got any other controller.

Sorry the "button C" threw me off. That's a keyboard key.
Go into your key mappings and settings and make sure C is not set to something else. You may need to reset your keyboard mappings.
Also, make sure you don't have any keyboard software getting in the way.
Generally the button "C" works properly but deeper and deeper in option "Meditation". It is not possible to go back to the game in the last step of leaving the option "Meditation".
Use that mouse! 🙂
It is not working. It seems like the button "Quick" is not active. "Esc", "C" and mouse are not working at all.

Which meditation point(s) and which options are you selecting to get to the deepest window? I want to try to replicate.
OK. So, there are some options in the main menu of "Meditation". Example: "F - Skills", "R-Rest". It's possible to use this option and to go back from this option using "Esc", "C" or mouse. But it's not possible to exit from the main menu of "Meditation". This is strange.
