Wont let me past first mission

Please need help

Won't give me the prompt to allow person with the jet pack to unbound the object suspended in the air. Really frustrating I've started multiple new storys and even uninstalled the game to try diffrent things. Watched videos and everyone time a RB or R1 prompt appears but doesn't for me? I just wanna be able to play the game I bought.
