Re: LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 686] DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

All of the following is with regards to Jedi Survivor on PC:

Every time I try to continue game, load a save slot, or create a new game, the game crashes and I get the following error message:

LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 686] pResource->Map(Subresource, pReadRange, reinterpret_cast<void**>(&pData)) failed at D:\depot\r8branches\r8release\Engine\Source\Runtime\D3D12RHI\Private\D3D12RHIPrivate.h:1253 with error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED with Reason: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

All of my save slots are only about 30 seconds into the opening cutscene because when I create a new one it doesn't last more than about 30 seconds before crashing (except it hasn't ever crashed in the pause menu.)

I've tried various things to try to fix the crashing error, such as updating drivers and Windows, verifying integrity of game files, running the game as an administrator, and turning game settings all the way down. There isn't any potentially conflicting software except for antivirus software, but it's never caused Fallen Order to crash even once in 100 hours of gameplay, so I wouldn't think this game would be different. I'm pretty sure my hardware is compatible (Intel core i5 processor, Intel Iris Xe graphics card, 8GB RAM) but maybe I'm wrong.

Any help you all could give me would be greatly appreciated!
