Summarize your bug In the Moldy Depths, I ambushed some of the enemies surrounding the Nekko. I grabbed the collectible and went to leave. Once I realized the door wasn't happening, I looked for the Nekko. Turns out, the Nekko despawned and I was softlocked in the area
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Bumrush, ambush, or deliberately aim for the enemies as close to the Nekko as possible.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Nekko either dies, clips through the floor, or despawns.
What do you expect to see? The Nekko shouldn't despawn and force the player to reload from their last save.

What do you expect to see? I expect the Nekko not to disappear and softlock the game, forcing a reload to the last save.
