Jedi Survivor - beard on eyes, missing lightsaber texture

I restarted my computer and made sure there was enough space for all the files. I then uninstalled and reinstalled the game, then verified the steam files as directed. 

The issue still persists, with no change in the graphic error.

The verification came back and said that all 1036 filed were verified, no errors. When I open the game, it first goes through a configuration of the files. Not sure if this normally happens every time you open the game, but it has happened every time with me.

It looks like the beard texture is placed correctly on the side of the jaws but continues to render on the forehead instead of the chin.

Any other suggestions?

Update with more information:

I can confirm that the lightsaber blade is still missing, no change after verrifying the files and reinstaling. 

Also, there are other aspects that seem to be affected:

-There is no color to any of the status bars (health, force, etc) for either player or enemies

-Kall's entire costume appears to have texture issues, as all clothing appears to be blocky and jumbled. Changing the outfits and beard styles in the customization menu does not fix any of the appearance issues.

Unaffected:

-All other characters appear to render correctly, with correct textures.

-There are no lags or framerate issues, and the environment appears completely normal

-All controls and abilities work as expected

The bug appears to originate from somewhere related to character texturing and UV layout, with the exception of the status bars being blank for all characters

Any updates on this? I bought the game but I can’t play it in this condition.

It makes my cinematics look weird because the characters don't look normal

Did you also try to restart your computer and/or reinstall the game?

Any updates? It’s been a while since I heard from anyone.

I've this exact same issue (and yes I tried the suggested fix). I'm adding my name to this so hopefully we can actually get a fix.

I have the same problem here in my PC, hope EA can fix it.

I’ve seen in other places that issues like this are common to PC. I get having some unexpected bugs after launch, but if the bugs are so massive that they prevent people from playing it, they really should roll out the fixes before charging the insane $70 for a game that’s currently unplayable. How could they not have found these things in testing?
