So what you are showing looks to be malfunction with the GPU its very typical for frostbite to show lightning artefact issues when the GPU is not working as it should. 

What you can do to see if it hardware  issue or not, is to factory reset the PS4 pro. 

After the PS4 Pro is factory reset, reinstall Battlefront 2 and then try to play the game to see if you get the same issue. 

if its hardware issue, I do recommend that you get in contact with Sony support.
