Something Went Wrong (0x800705b4) for star wars battlefront 2

i have uninstalled/installed this game 3 times and the game is still not launching. the subject error code states that something went wrong during the last update. the version that i currently have installed is: 1.0.15.42051. has anyone experienced this and determined a solution? 

EA Tech Support team when is the next update being released that will resolve this issue?  It is completely unacceptable that after 2 months of playing this $80 game that the entire game refuses to start.
