Funny thing... I got the Specialist 400 kills, and it won't give me the NT-242. I just got the EL-16HFE 75 kills and it gave me the range attachment. But it didn't give me the NT-242. So seems to be random and half *. I suppose, it forces me to work on other classes/weapons. meh! Come on EA/Dice, a little comms will go a long way with the community.
