Apologies, I missed your previous response here.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Reset GPU settings via the nvidia control panel (manage 3D settings, Restore Defaults at the top right)
• Perform a clean boot before retrying the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
• It is possible that uninstalling the Windows 10 fall creators update will help here

Are you using a Windows User Account that has Administrator Privileges?

Are you running Origin as an Administrator?

Is your Origin up to date?

I saw that the DXdiag was a old upload.

If its not fixed, we are going to do a Complete wipe of your Nvidia Drivers, it has to be done in Windows Safe mode or else it won't remove all of it.

Let me know if you want that, I have the Complete guide somewhere 🙂

Ill just have to find it from my Nvidia Transcripts.

It may be worthwhile trying the following Hotfix drivers, specifically for players with certain GTX 1060 cards:

When you run the installation, choose Advanced/Custom and then select Clean Install (which will fully remove any previous driver components).
