Iden stun also breaks Anakin. I think Anakin was broken when I was doing his retribution and got shocked by either Iden or Phasma. After that I couldn't block or use any abilities

I've had this happen as well, wasn't able to pinpoint it to the droid shocks though. Good detective work!
Next time I do my round of tests I'll investigate Anakin a lot. Thanks for those inputs on him and his abilities.
What I can already assure you is the following:
If Anakin is disrupted when about to release Heroic Might, he becomes stuck in a ridiculous pose. The only way to get rid of this BUG is to allow yourself to be targetted by a staggering, immobilizing, or forced movement attack/skill. One way I found to reproduce this 100% of the time was to make Anakin take the first hit from Palpatine's Dark Aura as he's about to unleash Heroic Might. If Anakin is interrupted when about to release Retribution, Retribution is cancelled and resets, and suddenly Anakin is unable to do anything besides using Passionate Strike, Dodging, and moving around. His attack, his block, his other skills, even his jump all get disabled. According to @Rogue_Manda_YT , if you charge his retribution again and unleahs it a second time, now without being interrupted, you cancel the BUG and Anakin comes back to normal.
