Re: I still can't play online in Star Wars Battlefront 2 due to error code 770.

@Starwarsnerd9000 - what region are you in & have you tried different ping sites? I assume you are on PC so can you remember if there were any updates or changes to software/windows? Have you tried my previous post.

Lots of questions, I know, but helps to eliminate things.

  • I use the default one. It never gave me low fps on mainmenu. I started lagging early this week and then I installed whole OS again and it still lags without updating anything. I dont know what to do. I dont know if there was or wasnt updates my pc updates automatically so I cant say.

@Starwarsnerd9000- Can you run dxdiag & attach the text file to your post.
Here's how: Windows key + R, type in dxdiag. When the window comes up, select the save all information button. This will save a textfile (DXdiag.txt) in you documents folder. That file give a full description of your pc setup (no personal information)
Another question (sorry) - What OS do you use? If it is win 10, go to settings/update & security/troubleshooting & try all of the relevant troubleshooters - let me know the results.

@Starwarsnerd9000- thanks for the link. Did it solve your problem? There still are a number of checks you should do anyway.
    1. Check your HDD has enough room left. The Win page file may not have enough room.
    2. Run Chkdsk /f. A failing HDD can cause the same problems.

You might also let SWBFII use your GPU a little more efficiently. Go to: Settings/system/display/advanced/Graphic settings/. Hit the browse button and select SWBFII.EXE (c:/program files (x86)/origin games/). When it shows up click on it and select OPTIONS. Select High Performance & save. You might also try the power save option to see which works better.

@Starwarsnerd9000- Great to hear! May have been a driver that wasn't installing properly or your ISP had a problem that has now been fixed?

I will miss feeling hungry after reading your posts LoL!!!
