can i get help with Error 201?

Hey @Serge_Thire, we normally see this error connected to network issues. What troubleshooting have you tried?

Same problem here. Since I bought the game, it was about a week ago I cannot play multiplayer because when I join a server I get kicked out few seconds later and receive this 201 error. It has never happened before only on this game, I know it is connectivity related but my internet is good and stable. I also ran tests, they all show that I shouldn't get high ping on EU servers. I also tried some of EA's solutions to this problem by opening ports and running the game as administrator. None of those worked. 

Hi, I bought the game about a week ago and whenever I try to play online I get kicked out of server a few moments later with the error code 201. My internet connection is more than enough to play the game on EU servers without high ping. I tried some of the solutions I found on EA's support section by opening ports and running the game as an administrator. None of those worked. I ran some tests, I will also add my MSInfo and Dxdiag information and test results. It is not my internet provider's fault and I also never had similar problems on any other game I play weather it is EA's or not.

Thank you for successfully ignoring my issue for whole two weeks. Very cool EA. Your game is more than a year old and I still have to deal with connectivity issues and god damn „your GPU does not support directX11“ error messages when I got a GPU which supports directX12. I paid money to play the game which is the opposite of continuously (A WHOLE GOD DAMN MONTH) searching for a way to start it and even if I do succeed I can't get more than 5 minutes of playtime online because of the ERROR 201!
