@landenxavier- sorry to hear your still having problems. Why can't you change ping site? Is it because you can't load the game & are you still getting the 524 error?

Yes, ping site is blank and has no option to change when disconnected and starting up the game from restart.

Yes, the game loads, but the ping site option is blank because the game hasn’t connected to a server.  The game will sometimes crash when I try to connect, or if I have gone to another game, that’s what I meant by restart.

So the issue is just connection or account problems. Have you tried all on this link https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/console/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-xbox/. You may try setting up new (dummy) adult account with ea & setting this account as a family member on your Xbox just to check whether you can connect at all. This would help to determine which account is at fault (EA or Xbox live).

EDIT: Forget the dummy account suggestion for a while. Have you changed your gamertag at any time? If not, try changing that via your xbox profile (keep the same basic name but add a number or letter to it) Warning> Once changed you will not be able to change back unless you pay a fee to microsoft. They only allow one free change. 

I’ve tried all of these suggestions and I’m still getting those two errors. I’ve even tried the full shutdown, unplug the the power cable and any USB devices, and it’s still happening. I’m in Florida, USA, and it’s happening on my Xbox One S and my friend’s Xbox One X. It does NOT happen on my laptop or his PC. I’m able to play every EA game I own and a couple of EA Access games. Ergo: Fix the game’s now legendary glitchinesd, or it’s servers, and stop forcing forcing your customers to chase phantoms.

This is great!  Thanks!  I’ve been reporting through insider for days every single time it happens, glad to see they found the problem.  Patience is a virtue as they say.

Good to hear some progress is being made. It appears I didn't experience the same problem because I had removed my console from the Insiders program prior.
