Can't spawn

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug A few times I've not been able to spawn on heroes v villains but now it's happening on GA. I was stuck in the mini map and this has happened several times recently
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? A One Armed Man
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 07/28/2019
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 11.00 pm
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have provided video evidence
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't spawn. I'm just stuck in the mini map
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to spawn after dying

    This is the stuck in spawn screen BUG. Not sure how this happens, but it has been in the game since they implemented the squad system. I'm sure there are other reports here on this issue.

    I haven't been playing lately, and as I've played Hero modes much more then trooper modes, and those don't have the squad system, I only experienced this BUG a couple times. I have footage of it happebing too, when I get to my PC I may share it here.

    Unfortunately though, I don't think this will help devs much, as I'm sure they are aware of this BUG already and they must have plenty of evidence like these to work with, yet they didn't manage to fix it
