Before the Roger Roger update, the dead battle droids lying around in the CIS Capital Ship interior had the default skin. However, after the udpate they appear to be white, the same shade of white that the "training" skin has. They have no orange markings however. I guess this was somehow missed when you guys were testing the training skin? Im not sure whether all maps have this skin equipped. I want to point out that on this match it was on Naboo.
(UPDATE)
Turns out, all dead battle droids are like this. They look bashe from a distance but if you get near them they swap to the default white training skin, with no orange markings
