I bought Cartel Coins, DIDN'T get them.

same on 25 10 19 I had same problem as ur self I put ticket in and thay relpy with number that doesn't work in austraila im still trying work out how get this fix aswell I did put in ticket with paypal though

Have had this looked into and the advice provided is that you are best to call swtor cs and they can assist you further with getting you the coins that have been purchased.

Look if thats all i can do then thats fine but it's not EA, it's SWTOR, and truth be told if you are going to steal me money I just don't care anymore.

Yes i did try but i work nights so was just as line open i think and try b4 line closed but no luck ill try again but yeah cost lot to make call oversea so can't keep waste money trying call as i get charged for trying and thay all cost me 60 odd dollars and still didn't cartel coin even though i can see  it went though and money came out bank and didn't get cartel coin or money back so ill mite try once or twice again tonight then ill just escalate it with paypal and let them sort it ather giving them pic of my account on swtor and bank not really had any problem b4 with swtor tho and im sub so put ticket in aswell

I can buy anything from EA, Origin, Ect... , I think SWTOR they disabled the card. If you don't want me money, PUT IT IN WRITING!

If it helps, I know with our Vodafone mobile plan it has free international time or if you use skype the cost is about $2 for a 1 hour phone call 

be careful escalating through paypal especially if a chargeback occurs, depending on what EA see on their end it can result in a locked or suspended account, not saying this will happen to you but just flagging what i have seen occur.
