System error？
When I was playing Imperial Agents, the main quest required me to go to Hoth. But when I took the shuttle, I got stuck on the loading page, and the game blinked back and told me to report an error. When I re-entered the game and played the SW, I found that the character also reported the wrong way to Hoth, just Hoth. Does anyone know what's going on?
Bug on loading screen during ‘seeker droid’ mission
Hi, I have a bug where every time I try to enter my character's game it gets buggy on the loading screen. To put it in context, I was doing the mission ‘seeker droid quests’ when when I moved to Taris the screen was bugged in the loading area, I decided to close the game and since then I only get the same thing I said before. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have checked steam files and it has not solved anything, I know that this mission usually has bugs but this one prevents me from playing with my character, could you help me, I don't want to throw 140 hours of gameplay in the trash. The problem is that I can't restart the mission because when I enter the character selection screen and select the character to enter the game, the loading screen is buggy, so I can't even enter the game. Artifact authorization problem
Hello, I have returned to SWTOR after some months of break, and wanted to continue playing the main class story of one of my characters, so I logged in to another character who had my endgame gear, and put all my gear that was previously authorized by subscription to the Legacy Bank. But when I logged back on my other character, it said "Requires artifact authorization", and I couldn't equip it on any of my level 80 characters. So basically all my gear that was previously authorized by subscription, got unauthorized. Correct me if I am wrong, but if I remember correctly once the subscription ends and a player goes Preferred, the Artifacts that the player has in his inventory gets labeled as "Previously Authorized by Subscription" meaning he can still equip them as a Preferred player, and can move them to other characters through Legacy Bank for them to use. Game Stuck on Loading Screen Before Character Selection
Hello, I seem to be having problems with the game loading/scaling. I play on a laptop and the game was working fine but a few days ago my launcher appeared smaller than usual and then when I logged into the game the UI on the character selection screen was very small. I tried Googling resolutions which led me to trying things in my display settings/checking the compatibility tab in the launchers properties, but none of these options worked. Eventually I decide to just soldier on with the game but then it started freezing on the loading screen just before character selection after launching it. I looked at posts on Reddit and SWTOR forums, where things like going into the client settings file and changing the Fullscreen option from true to false, pressing ALT + Enter on the loading screen, none of these have worked really. I reinstalled the game on Steam, then deleted it from Steam and reinstalled in on the regular SWTOR launcher, however neither has made a difference. What I have noticed is that when I change my resolution in client settings to say 1920 x 1080, the game takes me through to character creation no problem. However, when I go with my laptops native resolution (2560 x 1600), fullscreen or fullscreen windowed, it freezes and won't load. I'm just a bit of a miss hear as the game was running perfectly fine in my native resolution a few days before and the 3 months prior since I picked up the game again. I don't know what happened, if I've done something or how to resolve this and would really appreciate any assistance or tips to help get this resolved please 🙏
Security key help
I've stopped playing 2 years ago and since then I've upgraded both my pc and my phone. I tried to find my old security key activation code but can't find it. When I request to get a one time code mail it doesnt come. I've tried different browsers and phones. I can get other mails by ea just fine but not this one. Its been over 3 days and I just want to play this game. Any ideas? Im in turkey so calling is not an option, I've sent an mail 2 days ago and got no reply back.Wont load to game
I press play on the log in and it shades like its going to start the game but it just sits there. I click on it again and it brightens up like I never clicked it. Ive logged in with my log in info so I know it works. I havent played due to my last computer broke and had to wait to get a new tower ( yes it was some years ago). Its fully updated and ready to go if it would just let me load the game. What am I doing wrong?
Can't load a character
Hi all. I have returned to de game after a long time and now one of my characters on Darth Malgus Server cannot be loaded. On Character selection screen, i can see he's on Imperial Fleet but if try to load this character the game stucks on loading screen. I loaded other characters without any issues and they can even travel to imperial fleet whithout any problems My spoken english is very bad so... how can a I contact ea suport to try to get my character again? Thanks!
