Captcha invalid on site login
Every time I try to log in to the site using the one-time code to register my device it keeps saying that the Captcha is invalid. I don't have any ad-blockers on and I have tried doing it on other browsers and other devices and it still inst working. Is there something I'm missing or do I need to call support to get it dealt with so I can login.Client crashes when I hit Play
I was able to play earlier today, but then the client started crashing after I hit Play. Details: - the updater bar that usually appears in the lower left isn't showing up after I hit Log In, but the Play button becomes active - I'm on Windows 11 Version 25H@ (OS Build 26200.8037) - I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game - I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps in this guide: [Guide] Game failing to launch on Clicking Play | EA Forums - 10748081 I realize it's 10 years old, but I can't find anything else that seems to be helpful. There don't seem to be any posts about this issue that are newer than 2024. Thanks for any help.
I CAN NOT DEFEAT YUSINDUU
Dear SWTOR Team, We normal & classic players can not defeat YUSINDUU ! You have made the enemy incredibly strong. In the "Help Rakit" option, Yusinduu is undefeated. I tried at least 20 times. We're about to go crazy. There are hundreds of players like me. Please help urgently. Help options: -You can put power tanks on the battlefield (There were always these tanks in fights with strong enemies) -You can reduce Yusinduu's power We are waiting for your urgent help. Subscription Paid but Not Active
Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my SWTOR subscription and account email mismatch, and I’m hoping someone can help clarify what’s going on. Here’s what happened: * I launched the game and was prompted to renew my subscription. * I purchased a 60-day subscription through the launcher. * The payment went through successfully, and I received a receipt email. However, this is where things get confusing: * The subscription receipt was sent to username2 email * My SWTOR account (on swtor.com) was still tied to username1 email. * When logging into the website, it required a one-time verification code, which was being sent to the old email username1 email, not the one that received the receipt. I was eventually able to access the old email, get a new verification code, and log in. After that: * I updated my SWTOR account email username2 email (the one that received the receipt). * Despite this, my subscription is still not showing as active in-game. So now I’m stuck wondering: * Did the subscription get applied to a different account? * Is there a delay in syncing the subscription to the correct account? * Or did I somehow pay for a subscription tied to the wrong email/account entirely? At this point, I’ve paid for the subscription, have the receipt, but still can’t access subscriber status in-game. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Cant login through steam download
I am trying to log in after a few years to play and i downloaded the game through steam, but when i go to log in, it keeps saying "we cant log you in. please make sure youre using the steam account you usually play on".. Ive never had another steam account so idk what the issue is. When I look at my account on swtor it says that my ea is linked but when i click Steam to try and link it all it says is that there's no steam account linked.. I dont how how to link it if it wont even let me log incant log in
I have an old account that was a subscriber at that time , maybe a 8 years old account or more and now i installed the game on Steam ...i do know the name of the account but cant use it since it was not used on my Steam back when i made it. But when i try to log in to Swotor account , account failed, when i try to change password it says it was sent on your email but who the hell remembers on which email it was made and so i just run around in circles for nothing..... i dont see any solution to this , thou i would love to play this game yet again after so many years ...whoever designed this login ...omg. I dont even want to recover that old account i just want to install the game on steam and just login automaticly with my steam account but ....nope.....if i made a new account on a new email ....and tried login in ...nope is not linked to steam account...........i mean Jesus Christ...if i try contacting anyone ...they send you to EA who sends you to SWOTOR site send you to Steam support who sends you to EA support......Brilliant. Anyways thanks for the worst experience login in into a game of my 42 years of life
