I can't connect to the game
Hello, I'm a brazillian player and I'm currently unable to log in into the game, the launcher give a message either saying my login informations are wrong (Ialready change my passwrod 2 times, because of that), or that the account server is off, all of this is happeninig since yesterday... Also, on the website, I can't verify my age, it gives the following error every time I click the link:

Hello! I'm from Brazil, and I'm trying to verify my age to play the new SWTOR update. However, I can't log into the website because I keep getting an 'Invalid CSRF token' error. Legacy Account Age Verification Failure
I’ve been extremely frustrated and disappointed since last Thursday, when the new age verification brazilian law was implemented in SWTOR. From that moment on, I have been unable to access the game — not because I’m underage (I’m 31 years old), but because the verification process appears to be failing for older accounts like mine. My account is very old and was originally linked to an EA/EA Games account that no longer exists, and now the system simply doesn’t verify my age or allow me to proceed. As a result, I was instructed to contact support by email, but the only response I received was that this can only be resolved by telephone support. The problem is: I’m Brazilian, I don’t speak English, and I have no practical way to call international phone numbers — both because of the language barrier and because I cannot afford the cost of this type of call. Being forced into phone support in another language, for an issue caused by your account verification system, feels completely unfair. What makes this even worse is that I recently returned to the game and paid for a subscription. Now I’m locked out of a service I’m actively paying for, and I’m being bounced from one channel to another with delays and no real solution. This is extremely disrespectful to the customer and a very poor experience. I’m asking for a reasonable resolution through an accessible support channel (email or chat), including a way to complete age verification despite the legacy account issue. If that is not possible, then I would like compensation for the lost subscription time and/or a refund for the period I cannot access the game. Please escalate this issue and provide a solution that does not require an international phone call in English.[Bug - French VO] Masculine gender used for female character
**Bug Description** All NPCs and characters in the game address and refer to my female character using masculine grammar and titles throughout the French localization. This affects all voiced dialogue across the game. The issue did not occur before, strongly suggesting a regression introduced by a recent patch. This issue has also been reported by other playersa already a few weeks ago, so it does not appear to be isolated to my account. It really break immersion. I'm playing a female Inquisitor on Darth Malgus server.
Lost Security Key + Password
Hello, I want to start playing SWTOR again, but because I changed my phone, I do not have access to my security key, and I also forgot my password. I still have access to my email and can initiate a password reset, but since it requires the security key during this process, I cannot change my password. What should I do? I am also unable to reach SWTOR support.
I don't have the security-key app anymore
I recently changed my phone and lost the old SWTORSK app, which I recently learned it's not supported anymore. But since I can't log in in my account without it, I need the support team to remove the security key so I can log in and can configure again the authentication app. The account name is @emetresudo.
SWTOR Account Revovery
Hey all! Lost my old BT internet email with my SWTOR account all linked to it, cant remember my account name, password but do have the security key albeit very old and dusty! I bought the box set back in the day with Darth Malgus statue so have access to that, so my question to all the wise oracles out there is.... How on earth do i get my account back!? If i need to call customer service then that's fine happy to do that but spent half hour trying to find a phone number and cannot find anything! I can't log into the game launcher. Whatever I try, it says my display name or password is incorrect, which makes no sense because I can log into the website normally with the same display name and password. And when a try do log multiple times it says that the login service is unavaliale.
Can't play my level 30 characters (ghost email / account?)
Hi, to whoever can help, I have SWTOR installed through my steam account, and recently I got back into it with some friends. I've tried to play it several times, but never did anything after getting off the starter planets. However, my friends and I got to level 30 on our characters, and then the next day I tried to log on; and it wouldn't let me--without verifying my email. I checked both my emails and didn't get a verification email. And then my friend found out that my email must've been disconnected from that account since I haven't verified it in apparently a decade. I don't know what to do, as I don't want to start over, and I already spent money on the game through steam. I cant send an email or submit an in-game ticket because I'm not a subscriber.. even though I've spent money.
