Lost security key , reset option doesn't work
I want to return to the game after a long time and I no longer have the phone that used to have my security key on , as such I need to disable the security key , however the "lost your security key?" option immediately results in a generic error and I have no other means of recovering my account , an image of the page that appears after I click the "lost your security key" button is attached.
Secrets Of Enclave Black Screen
when i finish defeating the beast in the cave i go to the other part of the mission and as i go to it the screen turns black and nothing appears. i press ctrl,alt and esc nothing happens i have to restart my pc everytime it does that. does anyone else have this problem??

I'm trying to create new acount on SWTOR becouse i've never played this game before but when i try to make my account i can't. on my screen is a information that my username is invalid or unavailable. I tried diffrent username but it didn't help at all. Please can someone to explain what it's about?
Password exceeds maximum length
Not a major issue but a big oversight, which is why I'm posting this here. My password to log into my account has 30 characters and had 30 characters for a while now. Recently I wanted to buy a subscription again after not playing for a while and went to the SWTOR website. I am unable to log into my account on the website because my current password exceeds the length limit. I don't know when or where this happened, but at some point the maximum lenght for passwords was changed and I would now need to completely reset my password to get into my account. The best part is I can log in normally on the client and play the game. I guess for the time being I will have to buy a subscription via Steam...
SWTOR Verify Bug
I have only 2 characters and my email address is verified on swkot dot com. But when I start playing on one character its starts, loads and runs fine. On my other character, it pops up the email address verification needed window, and when I click it, and it goes to the swtor site, and tells me its already verified but the character still won't play. I get the verify window box everytime I press Play. Please fix this!!! I was using steam when I first got the problem, so I uninstalled and installed the standalone version and the problem continues. How do you expect people to subscribe to receive support, if the dang verify bug exists? I'm not send you money, when I can't even get in game.Unable to turn off/hide Legacy Title
I am no longer able to hide my legacy title like I previous could. Previously when you went through the "select title" option from the character sheet you could click the top "blank" option from the legacy title drop down and it would remove your legacy title. This no longer works and the previous legacy title remains. After clicking the blank slot, if you close and open the legacy title option the previous legacy title comes back as the selected option. Title name stay remains!
Cannot sign in?? Help
I have been playing SWTOR since launch and then on/off through out the years. Every time I try to login it says 'The display name, password, or security key you have entered is incorrect'. I have never changed my PW through all these years and went ahead and did just to see if it had to be updated or something. I can login on the website and get to my account profile but I cannot login to the game.... HELP! I have history and memories on my account and there is no support system what so ever. Just want to play the game.
Accidentally Selected No On Legacy Rename
I've just gotten back into this game. I spent 1000 Cartel Coins on the Legacy Rename. However, I accidentally selected No when renaming my legacy, and now the item is gone. Will it be possible to make the item reappear on my inventory? Or get refunded 1000 Cartel Coins?
Login Authenticator issue
Hello I am trying to login to come back to the game after awhile to see how the game has been but my phone for some reason lost connection with the account, I forgot my password, how exactly am I supposed to login to the game if I need an authenticator to not only play the game but also change my password. Need help. I dont really want to lose all my progress and outfits and hairstyles I bought previouslySERVER ISSUIES/ No customer support
Ive seen lots of people mention already that they are unable to log in as well as myself, and Ive just spent the last 3 hours messing with the support system only to come to the realization that its fake. there is no real way to confirm that your problems reach anyone and Their (EA) Ai "support" tool just sends you to the basic bs help page that is only useful if you can even get on the game, this is just beyond sad to see one of the main gaming companies not caring to actually be available to assist their usersCannot get past Swtor loading screen
Hey I have been having some issues with getting past the Swtor loading screen ( the one before selecting servers) and I have tried everything I could think of to fix it, I've restarted my computer, set compatibility to windows 8, deleted client settings, Alt-entered to change back and forth from windowed to unwindowed, and ran as an administrator, I just got a new computer and have never had this issue before. If you have any suggestions on how to fix it that would be incredible.
I can't recover my SW:TOR account.
Just like the title says: after who knows how many years, I decided to return to *The Old Republic*. The problem? I can't recover my account—no matter what I do. My TOR account dates back to around 2014, meaning I used the now-defunct SW:TOR Authenticator. Anyway, I want to get back into the game, but I simply cannot access my TOR account; I miraculously remembered my username, but I have absolutely no clue what my password was. So, I tried creating a new password. The problem? For some **bleep** reason, the change won't go through, and I keep getting this message: "Account security key, display name, or recovery code is invalid/expired." No matter how many times I try, I can't access the account, and I'm furious about the lack of options. [CM edit - removed translation, please post in the language of the board]Trash Crash
What in the absolute hell have these idiots done now? After the 7.9b update, the game crashes for absolutely no reason after pressing play on the character select screen. I even lowered all of my graphics settings as low as they can go. Switched to windowed mode. Deleted the settings ini. and verified game files and game file integrity.
