SWTOR email verification
I had verified before, done all normal fixes, including uninstall and reinstall on mac and still it won't allow me to play, it wants validation. i tried to submit a ticket, but it appears the button to submit a ticket doesn't work, only subscribe. Any ideas, i get its open beta testing but... it means i cant play.
Account is inaccessible/Can't get one-time password/please help.
Hello, I sent an email last year around September 15th 2024 and one recently on Thursday August 7th 2025, about my problem with getting into my SWTOR account. Reason is that i can't get the one-time password because it's still connected to an Email that i had deleted due to multiple attempts to access/hack it. If there's any way i can get access to that account, I've got another email i could connect to it.
Authenticator is dead Jim
Need Authenticator help please, Hi, I am trying to log into my STWOR and it's been a while. I had the old authenticator app and have quite a lot of credits saved up. I don't want to take it off my account but I can't log in since I don't have it set up on google authenticator and I can't get in to my account online. It just keeps saying Something went wrong... We encountered an error and couldn’t complete your request. Try again a little later. I have logged in with the app so I know my log in and password are good. Please help me, you are my only hope Thank you
Security Key & Log In Issues
So, I continue to pay to SWtoR but can't Log in. Each time I try I need the Security Key. NO GO When I switch phones/providers that program disappeared. So I am STUMPED. The EA Help has me going in Circles so here I am. Can I download a new security key program to my phone? If not, How to cancel the security key block from my sign in page? If I have NOT ask the right questions.....Please help anyway Want back into my Swtor ?? Also, new computer could be issue? I don't know Thanks for listening🙂Deluxe pack code not working

It says 9/14 active characters in the server im on, but i can't create a new character because it says i don't have any more slots available. I counted my characters, I only have 9 active w/ 5 inactive Can't create a ticket in game to ask how to fix it because i'm not subscribed, so i'm posting this here to see if anyone knows a fixWill Not Process My Payment
I've tried to buy the 2,400 token pack for $19.99 and it keeps giving me a failed error on the EA side while on the PayPal side it also says error but then says waiting to be processed by EA. this has been going on since the 2nd of August 2025 and my bank account even showed it was waiting to be processed and it fell off on the 5th. Yet when i tried to do the same order today on the 6th of August and late last night on the 5th of August it gave the same response. My card works just fine so can anyone just help me fix this.
My cartel coins are not appearing after 12 hours
I redeemed a code i bought from Eneba for 2400 cartel coins and they still haven't appeared... I went to the swtor website, clicked in redeem code, it redirected me to the EA redeem code page and i entered the code, it even said that the code i was redeeming was for 2400 cartel coins. I've bought codes from them before and it's always worked and almost instantaneous so i really don't know what's happened, I really wanted to buy some cosmetics and play this weekend :( I opened a case this morning in game and no response in a whole day, i even sent an email to support@swtor. com and no response
Companion Customization Authorization not available
Hey everyone, I took a break from the game for about a year, but recently got the itch to jump back in. I'm playing with a preferred player status and mainly want to enjoy the story, which kinda includes using companion customizations. I remember there used to be an option to buy the authorization for those through the Cartel Market, but I can't seem to find it now—and not being able to contact support due to my account status is pretty frustrating. Does anyone know if that authorization is still available somewhere else, or if it’s just on a rotation in the CM? Thanks in advance!
Can I get a refund?
Hello, I’d like to ask if it’s possible to get a refund for my SWTOR subscription. It just renewed about an hour ago, but unfortunately, I won’t be able to play for the next few months. I’m located in Mexico, and for some reason, I haven’t been able to connect when trying to call EA customer support. I have a problem that I have an EA Play Pro subscription, in principle both games are available with this subscription, I downloaded both, but during the installation it throws an error after 97% and does not complete.
