Hi I know my uid and pwd. But I changed my computer and now it says the follow, We don't recognize the device you are using. We have sent a One-Time Password to the email address associated with your account. Please enter the One-Time Password to continue. Well that e-mail never arrives have tried to do this 50 times now over like a week. Is it possible to login in some other way? Or disable this verification?
I'm not receiving the one-time password email.
Hello and good day to everyone reading my problem. I've tried repeatedly, both last night and today. They're not sending the one-time password for the game to my email address. I've tried countless times. I used to be able to log in before. Now I can't access the game. When I tried to resolve my issue, I saw a page that said "Call our customers," but it only had numbers for the UK, Germany, and the US. I'm not even bothering to write this message because I'm so angry. The world's biggest games don't use this system for millions of players. To log into my favorite series, I have to wait 15 minutes for the password, and they're NOT SENDING it. Furthermore, I can't find a direct customer service representative to contact them to resolve this issue. By the way, I want to remind everyone that we're living in the year 2026. Please help me.
Login issues like everyone else apparently
Not sure what is going on, but I got a login alert that someone was trying to reset my password. I attempted to access my account to set a new password on it but it would not allow me as I had an authenticator from an old phone I no longer have. I was able to remove the authenticator with a verification link sent to my email, but now when I try to login I get one of the following errors: Login failed due to invalid captcha. Login failed due to too many login attempts. There is no captcha on the pages (Chrome, Edge). I was able to get as far as TRYING to reset my password, but kept getting an error that said that account details were incorrect (which I assume was the security key which I subsequently removed). Now I am stuck with someone else trying to access my account and I have no way of resetting my password now. Looking at the most recent forum posts, seems like many others are having access related issues right now. Did you guys hire a bunch of summer interns that vibe coded "improvements"?Cant connect only the server with my chars
Hello! Have been away for several years. Today i have transfered all my characters to Dart Malgus server and apparently cant log in into server. All other EU/NA/Asian servers are working. Have spent a lot of credits on transfers, but cant login EU-English server.. Tryied different networks, mobile, wifi and ethernet. No VPN/ VPN / Proxy. There are more than 5 hours left from char transfer request, so should be more than 1h - should be fine, but still.. I will keep it short since English is not my native language I got permanent ban for a name after playing for 10 years supporting this game despite its not in the best days for it too and can be pulled off the plug at any min I didn’t get the chance to change the name no anything despite I’m not English speaker and I saw someone using the name in Skyrim online and googled the name and found there is real people using it as well Paying for this game already is so hard for me consider 1 usd = 52 Egyptian pound and to get the permanent ban after paying the 99$ bundle as well is just cruel to say the least after all this time I’m so broken atm I tried to appeal and to let them understand I keeps getting template automated responses I’m just beyond it atm I just want my money back after all this if they don’t to unban at this point because they should made me understand first what is wrong and offer a force name change not just like this Incase you need display name is MohamedElgendy

I've decided to return into the game after not playing it in 3 years, both times on Steam. I do not remember making another SWTOR account, but even if I did I do not have access to it. I now tried to make a new one and link it to Steam, but it says that I can't. I've seen there's a way to solve it by calling support but I also wanted to see if there are any other options, plus I don't have/didn't found a way to make a proper international call from my country(And when I try to call the number for my language just from my phone it says that the number is incorrect). Thanks in advance for the help
Unable to login due to One Time Password Email
Hello community, I have not played SWOTOR since June 2025 and I tried to play the game again. After filling in my password I get a "One Time Password required". I have send multiple request and I have wait 30-60 minutes, but I did not receive an email unfortunatly. I also emailed swtor support. I have also tried to contact the UK and USA support phonelines, but my calls are not getting through. I am calling from the Netherlands. Could someone help me? I tried to log into a character and i got a message saying i had to verify my email for characters over level 20. first of all this character is level 16 so not over level 20. secondly when i tried to do it, it would not open the website to send the code so i just went to the website myself. while on the website i saw it has my email listed as this r**********************@trial.swtor.com. this is not my email. and when i tried to change my email it said i needed a one time passcode sent to the above email.Security Code Cannot Verify (Help)
I've been trying to add a security code to my account for over an hour now. the one time code emailed to me comes through fine, I use google authenticator (which worked for swtor before) but now whenever I get to the final step it tells me 'code cannot be verified' and boots me back to step one. any help would be greatly appreciated I was going to resub for may but if I cant secure my account I wont.Cannot log in – One-Time Password required but no access to email
Hi, I recently returned and subscribed to SWTOR, but I’m unable to log into my account. When I try to log in, I’m asked for a One-Time Password (OTP) that is sent to my email. The problem is that I no longer have access to that email account because I forgot the password and can’t recover it. Because of this: I cannot log into my SWTOR account at all I already have an active subscription tied to this account I would like help with: Recovering access to my SWTOR account, or Changing the email address on my account to a new one I can access I can provide account details or billing information if needed to verify ownership. Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you.
