Trooper set lost
Hello i recently bought an armor set and used it for my outfitter, but forgot to equip it first to unlock it to collections, is there anyway to get it back, because once i used it on my outfitter i discarded it. I know i am stupid, but i was hoping i could get my money worth somehow back.
Error Code C10 on Nar Shaddaa
Hello, So I've been having a strange bug (probably due to the new event). Where I straightup cannot enter Nar Shaddaa anymore. I've tried it with two characters, both Jedi Knights, and neither has the quest from Tatooine. Either way, when I try to enter Nar Shaddaa through exiting my ship or the galaxy map it gets stuck on the loading screen. Giving the message "Error C10, client failed to deserialize a binary header file. Exiting game" after which the game closes down. I thought it was a general error after some memory leak, but it's hyper specific to Nar Shaddaa for now. As I tested and entered Coruscant with absolutely no trouble, and was doing quests on Taris earlier as well. If anyone knows if there's any way to fix it? Thank youCant Login and Get No Any Help!
Hello guys! Maybe you can somehow help me. Problem is i cant login in game because of always wrong of security key. After so much try to login and trying to change the password it was all useless and im deleted the security key app. And now lost my access. I tried calling the support numbers, but the answering machine says that you need to write to EA, and they don't provide help over the phone. And in EA help they said i need to call by this numbers or just says useless things like i need to re install the game or clean cashe LOL. So, i think i need to ask them to remove my security key from account. Someone knows HOW i can ask them? Maybe some mail or another chat in EA Support.Cannot Subscribe/buy cartel coins

I ran Uprising "Trial and Error" and completed the achievement requirement for Mind your step (MASTER) but it didnt complete. My specs are here irrelevant because my entire guild had these issues. So it doesnt matter if Intel or AMD processor, nor it matters if AMD or Nvidia, RAM etc. is also irrelevant. It happens almost all the time on any device. I have video as proof of having done everything I needed but it has 1.2 GB so its impossible to send here.
Monthly charges for a non-recurring subscription.
Like the title says. I purchased a non-recurring subscription. Yet the system tried to charge my card thins month again; but it got rejected due to lack of funds on that account. I can't cancel it from the website since it's non-recurring. I tried to remove my billing info from the website, but apparently there is none to remove, yet a charge was attempted. What do I do? I DO NOT want to pay for another month, as I no longer have time to play anymore.
Bought Cartel Coins Yet Still Waiting
I was on with support this morning after it had already been 24 hours, and having not received my cartel coins that I purchased! This was what I got from support: Today, I have tried to assist you concerning the purchase of the cartel coins from the website. We understand how concerning this can be, and we want to assure you that EA is aware of the issue and is actively looking into it. Our team is currently working to resolve this issue. We kindly ask for your patience while we complete this process. Its been close to 48 hours of not getting what I rightfully bought, and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. All instructions on how to link an old SWTOR account, or now the EA account, to Steam fail or cause additional chaos and confusion. The reason I wanted to link SWTOR/EA to Steam was simply because I was told on the SWTOR purchase/subscription page that I should link my EA account to Steam in order to be able to make purchases or subscriptions, as this was the only way my account/purchase could be verified. To help with this, there is supposedly the option of contacting support by phone (in my case, Germany). However, I have not been able to do this so far. This is by far one of the biggest disappointments I have ever experienced with game providers.
Unable to Link Existing SWTOR Account to Steam
Hello, I am having an issue linking my existing SWTOR account to Steam. I installed SWTOR via Steam, but when I launch the game there is no "Connect with Steam" button in the launcher. When I try to log in with my SWTOR credentials and 2FA code, the launcher says I must launch the game through the Steam account I usually use. I already deleted old SWTOR files, reinstalled via Steam, and made sure to launch only from Steam, but the button still doesn’t appear. It seems my Steam account might have been linked to a wrong or empty SWTOR account. I need help with a Steam unlink so I can connect my correct SWTOR account.
Account Suspended
Tried to login and couldn't. Tried website and it said account suspended. Searched my email and found this: I haven't submitted a ticket in months and the phone numbers and support links don't work. ( I get it's out of office hours, but ffs, have a 24hr text chat like every other major provider.) I have two factor authentication and always have. There's no reason given for this suspension. This honestly reads like a scam email, but my account is actually locked. Is there any other way to contact them or is my event tonight just canceled?
