I would log onto any characters you may have and see if they are on another character.  Make sure you check both your regular cargo hold and the legacy cargo hold which can be accessed via the ship if you unlocked it, strong hold if you have the decoration for it as well.

If not then you would need to email support@swtor.com to see if they can locate what happened.  Just provide specifics such as the character it should be on, etc.  It make take 3 - 5 days for a response depending on their volume / backlog.

    I don't have opportunity to log on on every character, cuz I'm a preferred and now I have doubts to sub once more. I checked legacy cargo, those character personal cargos and their inventory. And I can't create in-game ticket, cuz I'm not sub (very painful restriction). Also I can't make a phone call, cuz this is only for 4 countries in the world. But I'll try to e-mail them, thanks for the provided address

    Well, I log onto my every character and didn't find anywhere my sabers. Wrote e-mail to their support, but I'm pessimistic about what's going to happen.

    P.S. Some of my companion weapons are missing too (on some characters I didn't receive "item recovery" messages). Also they've changed weapons companion carry, for example trooper's companion Aric Jorgan used to wear assault cannon, not sniper rifle. Xalek no longer carries saberstaff, didn't figure out what does he use now

    Just to confirm did you check the cargo holds and mailbox?

    If so then I would wait for the email reply and see.  As I mentioned it may take a few days to get a response.

    Yes, I checked everything. Well, I really doubt that they will believe me or do smth, EA's customer service didn't and didn't restore my BF3 dog tags. I would like to charge them a compensation, but it won't happen
