What does it say in your mission list on the screen? Can you include a screen shot.
Also have you tried resetting the mission or reset all active phases? I would first go into a non-phase area like the fleet and then right click your character portrait and choose "Reset all active phases" and then try again. If that doesn't work open your mission log and choose reset for the mission from the fleet. You will need to do the mission again or just part of it.
If it's still not working then when you go to your ship doe it show on your map the mission icon to talk to Risha or is it missing?
