Celebration Edition - Bought the upgrade and the skins are not there
Just bought the Celebration Edition to have some nostalgia, and none of the skins are showing up for me.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I just logged in after receiving the notification for the new update and they were locked.
What happens when the bug occurs? All the skins are locked and I have to purchase them again.
What do you expect to see? The skins as I have paid for them.

You see "Celebration Edition" on the graphic you click to start the game in Origin? If so, you can try clearing your cache. Other than that you may want to contact EA support directly.
