In-game artifacting in battlefront 2

Issue: Main menu & In-Game character artifacting
Using latest Nvidia drivers for RTX 2080s
Playing on DX11 (12 suffers from major FPS issues)
Origin In-game disabled
Nvidia overlay disabled
Only started happening a matter of weeks ago at most.
Only happens to this game, and only the characters/players. Terrain is great.

I installed the same NVIDIA driver and am not seeing that issue.
Some things to try:
1) unplug one of your displays (DXDIAG suggests you have 2)
2) try a lower resolution
3) revert the NVIDIA driver to a prior version
4) try a different cable to the monitor
5) try a different port on your graphics card
6) try a different type of cable to the monitor you're using for the game - if using displayport, switch to HDMI
Obviously, these are not fixes in themselves, buy some ideas to troubleshoot.
